I read many of the reviews before writing my review. This company had a broad spectrum of opinions, but I certainly will add my experience on the positive side. Courteous phone manners and PROMPT service. I was desperate and about to lose a lot of food (not just food, but a lot of work on my part) in my stand up LARGE freezer. The technician was at my house within one and a half hours, diagnosed my problem and was able to "rig" my freezer to keep cooling overnight. Part was brought in a day early because the technician found one in Gulfport so was able to fix the problem a day ahead of schedule. I was so grateful. We could not find any other person to come to the house for 3-4 days and could not even find a freezer to BUY with under 3 days delivery. Thanks so much to Appliance Tech. You saved my life!

After calling around for two days I got up this morning and called Appliance Tech right at 8 am and Susie answered and I told her what was what with my refrigerator and she was able to catch her husband Mr. J.D as he was heading out the door going to another job and Susie returned back to phone and said he’ll be to my house today and that was a big blessing because all the other company I had called only this one I didn’t have to make a week appointment, wait all day for a call back, or no call Mr. J D was at my home around 12 and found what he had believed that could have been one of the two issues and didn’t start with the most expensive one to fix but he had nailed it right on the head with what he had fixed first and he was done by 130 he cleaned up behind himself set and chatted like we knew each other then parted my house the same way he started very respectful and a very nice guy and I think I’m a good person of judgement on that 😊😊😇. Over all my husband and I would for sure use them again and recommend them to everyone. May GOD CONTINUE TO BLESS SUCH A GREAT BUSINESS. I thought we were going to have to replace our one-year-old washing machine. I heard of this company through a friend and it was our last hope (two previous repair men were unable to figure out the issue). I called them out and he came same day, diagnosed the issue, and repaired it. We had a working washer by lunch time! They were clean, punctual, and professional. I wouldn’t use anyone else. If you need appliance repair give these guys a call!
