I read many of the reviews before writing my review. This company had a broad spectrum of opinions, but I certainly will add my experience on the positive side. Courteous phone manners and PROMPT service. I was desperate and about to lose a lot of food (not just food, but a lot of work on my part) in my stand up LARGE freezer. The technician was at my house within one and a half hours, diagnosed my problem and was able to "rig" my freezer to keep cooling overnight. Part was brought in a day early because the technician found one in Gulfport so was able to fix the problem a day ahead of schedule. I was so grateful. We could not find any other person to come to the house for 3-4 days and could not even find a freezer to BUY with under 3 days delivery. Thanks so much to Appliance Tech. You saved my life!

After calling around for two days I got up this morning and called Appliance Tech right at 8 am and Susie answered and I told her what was what with my refrigerator and she was able to catch her husband Mr. J.D as he was heading out the door going to another job and Susie returned back to phone and said he’ll be to my house today and that was a big blessing because all the other company I had called only this one I didn’t have to make a week appointment, wait all day for a call back, or no call Mr. J D was at my home around 12 and found what he had believed that could have been one of the two issues and didn’t start with the most expensive one to fix but he had nailed it right on the head with what he had fixed first and he was done by 130 he cleaned up behind himself set and chatted like we knew each other then parted my house the same way he started very respectful and a very nice guy and I think I’m a good person of judgement on that 😊😊😇. Over all my husband and I would for sure use them again and recommend them to everyone. May GOD CONTINUE TO BLESS SUCH A GREAT BUSINESS. I thought we were going to have to replace our one-year-old washing machine. I heard of this company through a friend and it was our last hope (two previous repair men were unable to figure out the issue). I called them out and he came same day, diagnosed the issue, and repaired it. We had a working washer by lunch time! They were clean, punctual, and professional. I wouldn’t use anyone else. If you need appliance repair give these guys a call!

Mr Houston repaired my side by side refrigerator which has started to leak water onto the floor. Not only did he complete the repair by replacing a bad part, he gave me information about how the filters and feed lines to the icemaker and water dispenser can become clogged. I would highly recommend him.

Mr. Joe came and fixed my dryer. Was very professional and his prices where great couldn't be happier with the service. Will use again if need be I highly recommend.

This is Debbie Walker, Howard Walker's wife. My initial contact with this business was JD Houston's wife. She answered the phone in a professional manner, then proceeded to give me availability of service.
She spoke clearly and assured me that her husband would arrive in a timely manner, which he did.
This is Howard Walker; I arrived home just after JD had repaired the refrigerator. His explanations of the probable causes and options for repair were clear, and reflected a cost-effective approach to our refrigerator: a relatively low-cost repair to prolong the "life" of our refrigerator; when this fails at some point in the future, he recommended purchase of a new appliance rather than a more extensive-and expensive-repair on our older appliance.
In addition, this same week our clothes dryer became unreliable; JD mentioned an easy way to check whether the problem was the dryer or the exhaust venting (which had caused a problem in the past). Once again his explanation was clear and led us to a cost-effective solution.

Had the pleasure of having Joe come out and service our dryer and refrigerator. He did more than he was supposed to, was honest about some issues (repairs vs replace) and his fees were reasonable. We would definitely use him again.

I currently have a broken washing machine; I called this company about repairing it. They told me I would receive a call from the technician either today or tomorrow. Thankfully, the technician called me today and got some info from me about what was wrong with the washer and what the model number was. He told me he'd call me back after that. When he called back, he told me how much it would be to order the part and get it all done which would've been about $250. I told him I wasn't interested in paying that much to repair it and I'd just purchase another. He didn't charge me the $98.50 fee and gave me all this info over the phone. Thanks to him, I'm not investing a ton of money I wasn't prepared to pay.

Tldr: Repairman was a professional who estimated the costs for me before coming out and charging me. Gave me some info and saved me from paying the fee that would've came along with having him come out to me. I really appreciate how helpful he was.

Lester was courteous & professional. He gave me a fare price & was able to get my Samsung dryer back up and running in just a few days. No mess and no fuss! I will definitely use them again if the need arises.

I called at 8:30 AM to make an appointment for that day and they were able to. I was told they were still handling calls that rolled over from the weekend. I received a call from the technician at 12:00 PM letting me know he would be here by 2:30 PM. John was on time and polite. He tried several things before giving up. A sock was caught in the hose, he removed it and it was working just fine. Thank you so much.

I called for a service call on a washer and within 24 hours JD was at my home to diagnose the problem. Unfortunately, there was a severe issue with the washer and JD recommended I purchase a new one versus spending the money to repair due to the cost. I appreciate his honesty and quick service. Would highly recommend.

I called and spoke with a wonderful lady named Susan that really went out of her way to contact their technician, J.D. Houston, in the late afternoon to come to our house within about an hour to fix our refrigerator/ freezer that had started to defrost all our frozen food. He got down on the floor, opened the back, replaced two parts and he was done in a few minutes. He also looked at the water system and told us the truth about it being too expensive to be worth fixing, but, it was up to us, he said. He was extremely knowledgeable, efficient and a real nice guy to deal with.
I would highly recommend these professionals to repair any appliance in your house that needs fixing and for a reasonable rate, too.

Appliance Tech saved us $3,000. We had an old oven that, due to changes in wall oven sizes was not going to be easily replaced, requiring cabinet cutting and rebuilds in order to accommodate the new, larger ovens. We had been told by another appliance repair service that the old oven could not be repaired. Before we surrendered to getting a new oven that would be long on gadgets and short on dependability, we gave Appliance Tech a shot.

JD of Appliance Tech came out at exactly the time he said he would arrive at the house. He diagnosed the issue in minutes. Told us he could absolutely fix the oven and ordered the part he needed. He was back four hours later with the part and got the oven working in under 15 minutes. Appliance Tech cost less than a tenth of our anticipated costs and we got to keep the oven we hadn’t wanted to part with in the first place.

I cannot recommend Appliance Tech more highly.

I called for a service call , and not 24 hours later. Mr J.D. was at my home. I was impressed with his honesty. He gave me choices. Which I LOVED. And I have my water and ice maker on the road to recovery! My fridge is old and I didn't want to spend alot. Because it could go out next week. So for a FAIR amount I'm good. Thanks SO MUCH. J.D !!!

I used this company because of positive referrals from family and friends. My washing machine was leaking and I could not figure out what was going on. I googled the reviews and saw a mix of positive an negative but I called them anyways. The repairman Mr. JD knows his stuff. It was a quick and painless process that was fixed in under an hour. I believe it was my pump that was cracked and leaking. From the lady answering to the phone, to Mr. JD, to the experience itself it was all 5/5. I really recommend them and will be using them again if needed!!!!!!!

Called about a refrigerator problem, and the technician JD came out the next day. He diagnosed the problem, located and picked up the part, and then returned promptly to do the part installation. He was very knowledgable and personable. Highly recommend.

I very rarely write reviews but these guys did such a good job when my washing machine stopped spinning. They were able to come out on the same day and the guy pretty quickly diagnosed the problem (I had messed something up by overloading the washer). Even after they ordered a part from out of state, it only took two or three days to get in and be installed. The guy was super patient with me as well and explained what to do so I didn't mess up my washer again!

Mr JD arrived same day, diagnosed and fixed my refrigerator promptly. He called me back 2 days later to follow up to ensure refrigerator was cooling properly and working as it should. Highly recommend!
