This was the first technician that’s has came out of 3 that was actually kind and personable. He was able to fix my washer in about 10 minutes. His name was Jeff Lebouf and he deserves a bonus..

On time. Service person very polite who the five stars are for. Price very high for what was done. Had I been given an estimate prior to scheduling, I would have found someone else more reasonable. The price wasn't given until the repairman arrived. So even if I didn't have it done , I I still have to pay 119.00 service call. What a disappointment.

Technician was great however the appointment schedule was subpar. My appointment was scheduled for10/21 but was not kept. Finally he came on 10/23.
