Professional Electric

I bought a display wall oven from Lowe’s and they would not install it, so I call Professional to do the install. They came out and dismantled the oven and said the oven was missing parts. We asked the. To order the parts and come back to finish the job. They said they didn’t know where or how to order the parts and left the job with the oven fully dismantled. I called them and asked them to come back to reassemble the oven so I could return it to Lowe’s and they said it would be another $270 for a service call. They really need to change their name to unprofessional because that is the way they act to their customers. Please use them at your own risk.

Three words you want to hear about any contractor, but particularly an electrician: informative, honest, and professional. And Professional Electric met my standard for each of those. From the first call back from Asleigh (sp?) to the electrician Beau (Bo?) they sent out, my experience was first rate. Ashleigh was very pleasant and answered my questions and even made suggestion for one of my issues. And Beau was prompt, let me know what was happening at every turn, and they were both exceptionally polite. I will definitely use them in the future, and I’ll do it with a good conscience that I made the right decision by doing so. Can’t say that about too many service calls these days! Very satisfied. 10 out of 10. 5 stars. Nice job. Also comfortable with referring them to my friends and family.
