This company is a waste!The upper management is rude to the facility managers they talk to them like a dog. They don't allow enough in the budgets for managers to even take care of the supplies they need to make the facility run like it needs to. You ask the district and regional managers questions and they flat out lie to facility managers to make themselves look good! They expect the managers to make their staff work nonstop with no overtime and without breaks. It's the biggest joke of a company I've ever seen. Take my advice and run! And never hire them to take care of your place.

I wish I could give zero stars because your food services are the lowest of the low. There is no real compassion for the food service. When you serve leftover pureed breakfast you let everyone know you don't care. Your management should be fired. There is so much more that I could say about the service it's unreal. To freeze meals for weeks and serve them to our greatest citizens is something that must be changed.

Felders need to find a new supervisor for their cleaning services in Fort Payne,AL because she hires her family and and has someone else train them and the trainee gets paid more then the trainer. The housekeepers has to be there between 7/7:30am but her family doesn't have to be there until 9am . So that makes the other housekeepers has to do her job until she gets there and I don't think that's fair to the rest of the housekeepers. If we have to be there early she should to. That's why I quit and will not recommend anyone to get a job there. They need someone else to run the department better.

Great customer service! I called two other cleaners in town and was told it would be two days. Color Clean was at my house in two hours. Great job would highly recommend for promp and an excellent job. They called back to make sure I was satisfied with their work

Jim and the crew are very professional, easy to communicate and most importantly do a thorough and good job! I had my bathroom and kitchen tile cleaned and grout repaired by them and very happy with the results.

Mr. Elliott installed gutters on my house March 4, 2023. They leaked the entire perimeter of my house. Notified Mr. Elliot. He stated he knew the problem and would fix it. After several back and forth texts he finally showed up April 21 to "fix the job." Gutters still leaked on one side of my house. On May 2nd, notified Mr. Elliott of gutters still leaking on one side. He stated "that's the side my helper did I will come redo it." As of today, June 22 the gutters and still not fixed and have not heard from Mr. Elliott since May 22. Beware if you plan to use this company

Does great handyman work reasonable prices.
