We have several short-term rentals along the coast that have been maintained by a couple different management companies. Unfortunately, it appears that what management companies think of as "clean" and what we believe "clean" should be are two opposing standards. We had a recent incident where the guests did a great job of destroying our high-end 4 bedroom condo. Wine and wedding cake and what we assume was tobacco or some similar substance. Our management company, like the previous company, did a crap job getting the carpeting and sofa cleaned. Also, the tiled foyer area seemed even worse with red wine stains after the so-called cleaning. Not acceptable!

Then they hired another cleaning company based on someone's recommendation. But this cleaner never kept their appointment with our place 2 times. So the next guests were checking in for Christmas without a proper cleaning. The stains, and stickiness (why was there sticky crap???) in one particular section, remained there waiting for our new high-paying guests. Then we got a 4 star review from these next guests, specifically mentioning how 1/4 of the carpet and sofa and foyer were stained and sticky along a couple areas. We are a 5 star property owner business. Not a Motel 6! This was absurd!

Finally, a friend and colleague in the business referred someone they deal with directly. While at dinner my friend called Ashten at 9:30 Thursday. He answered, asked for my address and said he'll be there by 10am to investigate right after he got his crew set up for their morning first client's job. 9:50 he showed up. Took 30 minutes to explain what he can do, the chemicals they use and why he feels very strongly almost all the stains will be removed, but still can't guarantee 100% of them. Started on it at 7pm that same day. "Sold!!!" I said. He was there a few minutes before 7. I gave him the code and asked him to lock up when finished. I received videos of his work at nearly 11pm, 4 hours later.

Maybe he couldn't guarantee he could get 100% of the mess out but he did just that, it was back to its original conditional! Clean, new, and no stains. My wife and I gave him a big tip. Ashten afterwards said, "Thank you, you're so kind, but instead of your extra gratuity, would you please refer some of your friends in Airbnb business." Again, I said, "Sold!!!" Word of mouth works in my business when time, quality, and customer service are one's priorities in business. Head our advice and use All-Out! THANK YOU Ashten for being spot on and going above and beyond.

All Out Carpet Cleaning did an amazing job cleaning our rugs. They cleaned our living room rug and one of my classroom rugs and they both look brand new! I bought a white rug for my classroom (crazy, I know) and I couldn’t believe how new and clean it looked. If you need your rugs or carpets cleaned, these are your people!!

We had our bedroom carpet in our rental house & in our new home we bought cleaned by Ashten and we were SHOCKED at how clean it came. It all looked brand new! It also smelled so fresh afterwards. He also did upholstery cleaning on our fabric recliner rocking chair that had stains and it looks SOO good. Customer service was amazing, quick scheduling, and very friendly & nice!! 10/10 recommend and will DEFINITELY use All Out again!

Absolutely went above and beyond! As a teacher, my carpet was extremely dirty. I regret not taking before and after pictures because the transformation is incredible. The carpet looks and smells amazing—truly like new! The service was prompt and professional, and they exceeded my expectations. I'll definitely be recommending them to everyone I know!

10/10 Recommend - we bought this house a little over a year ago from an elderly man and haven’t gotten around to cleaning the floors because we have been painting/remodeling areas in the house. I reached out to this awesome company and he was quick to come out & the results are amazing! I definitely plan to use him again!
