I called Knox for a inspection, to see what I needed, and a fair price. Tec Edward Miles came out and was a very polite, and knowledgeable. The price was very fair, but I needed more then I could afford at this time. But when I'm ready I hope it's Mr. Miles they send back. Thank you.

I had two back to back not so great experiences with people dropping the ball. HOWEVER, within minutes of me calling to voice my displeasure, Paul was calling me with a resolution and personally was at my house within hours. He truly went above and beyond to make things right. Great service! Thank you, Paul!!!!

We use Knox for our office and apartment community pest control service. They are always very responsive, help us take care of issues quickly, and their service techs are always professional. Shoutout to Tavis who always has a smile on his face, never complains, is super knowledgable and guides us in the right direction and always wants to go the extra mile. We look forward to seeing him every Friday!
