Mandys group saved Christmas for me after a construction debacle. Her ladies came in sympathized with me then tackled the problem. They were amazing! I couldn’t thank them enough for getting my home back into order. They do a wonderful job all the time but this time they went above and beyond what’s expected in order to help me. ❤️

Mandy's does a great job. We have used them for years and we have been extremely satisfied. My 3 dogs love when they come too! They are very pet friendly.

Mandy's cleaners have been doing an EXCELLENT job of cleaning for us. They are pleasant, hard working and pay attention to detail. We really appreciate too that many of their workers are vaccinated, and all wear masks. This is critical to our household during the Covid pandemic, due to our elderly and compromised Mom. We highly recommend Mandy's.

9/8/2021: Unfortunately, I am going to have to update my previously positive review of Mandy's Cleaning Service. We have been using Mandy's for several weeks now, and I always noticed that a few things were not getting done. If I specifically communicated these items to the office, they were remedied on the following cleaning but then subsequently omitted after that. I scheduled a thorough walk-through of our home prior to beginning the service so that all items expected were communicated with Mandy's. At first, the staff would leave a sheet detailing what they had done and any extra things, but again, that was left off after the first 2 weeks. I entrusted that they had been cleaning as asked but started to notice more and more things that were not being done. They failed to clean my entire kitchen, and when I contacted the office about the situation, they offered to come back the next day. Due to my work schedule, this is just not a feasible option for me. The following week I came home to notice that the stainless in my kitchen had been cleaned with Windex and otherwise the kitchen was still dirty. I re-cleaned the entire kitchen then noticed that my floors had not been vacuumed or mopped. My hardwood floor was also untouched. My furniture was not dusted. The sheets on the bed were backwards (despite a number of times when I made the bed to show them how it is made, it was consistently made incorrectly). The trash was not taken out. I have spent the last 2 weekends going through my home deep cleaning because the more I have looked, I notice that they did not clean my light fixtures, cabinets, blinds, and baseboards as was originally a part of the "deep clean" - necessitating a substantial additional fee to get them to start cleaning. Additionally, they ask that you buy their cleaning rags, but the staff used my rags anyway.

The BOTTOM LINE: I ultimately discontinued use of Mandy's Cleaning Service after these events. I felt I was paying for a service that did not perform the job as described and quoted. I have been forced to go behind them on many occasions which ultimately negated the reason I hired them. Their solution is to send someone back to your home to "re-clean" if it is not satisfactory, but I am not able to do that with my schedule. Despite the many omissions on my last cleaning, I was still asked to pay for this service. I would suggest Mandy's only if you are looking for the level of a cleaning offered in standard hotel rooms.

I've been using them for over a year. They are always professional, on time, and do a fantastic job. Always a great feeling coming home to a clean home. Very affordable. Highly recommend.

Job well done! I enjoyed Mandy coming to my house to meet me personally and discuss the scope of work that would be done. The ladies did the first cleaning today, and the house looks great! Also, Mandy came by to make sure all was going well since it was the first cleaning, which I really appreciated! A clean house makes me feel so good! Thank you ladies! Highly recommend!

We have been using Mandy's Cleaning Service for ~18 months now and have been consistently impressed by the quality of the service. All of the representatives who have visited our home and performed cleaning services have been very polite and conscientious with their work. I like that you can choose what cleaning products are used in your home; for example, I am very sensitive to bleach, and I never have to worry that I'm going to have to smell it for days after a cleaning! In addition, we have 2 cats and a dog, and Mandy's goes above and beyond to remove almost all traces of pet hair from our rugs and couch. I can't believe how thorough the cleaning is. And then there's all the special touches...from the folds (or even bows!) on the toilet paper to the little Christmas gift that was left with us after this month's cleaning. I highly recommend Mandy's Cleaning Service if you want a beautifully clean home!

They do a wonderful job. Their initial walk through was very thorough. Took the time to find out your expectations and preferences on cleaning (priorities, supplies, cleaning products etc). Very communicative. Always check after to make sure everything was satisfactory. They leave a check off list of any issues and the little extras they may have done. Highly recommend!

The company does a good job with communication and is flexible w scheduling.They are female owned and employ lots of young moms. The pricing is fair and in line w the current job market. The ladies are thorough and overall do a great job!
