Our headquarters is in CA but we recently opened a new distribution center in Mobile Alabama. Communicating with John all the way from California was easy. We needed a wall taken down and conference room expanded to make room for additional staffing. In addition to demo’ing the wall and removing a pocket door to make a single great room, John and team corrected the overhead drop down celling and flooring so that there was little evidence that two separate rooms even existed. We found John luckily after searching Google for a handyman of sorts and it was the best thing that could have happened. He was easy to communicate with and finished the job on time and under budget. Although this type of work is generally out of his typical work scope, he eagerly accepted the job and exceeded our expectations. We are looking forward to having John Rand serve as our go-to guy for any projects or emergencies in the future. I recommend John Rand the Handyman for anyone looking for quality work and excellent service.

Chris & Kyle showed up to fix a garbage disposal and replace a glas pane in my front door and a broken window on my back porch. The garbage disposal was an easy fiiz. They did a great job,job on the broken pane & window,communicated with me consistently on when they would arrive and how they were fixing the issues. They were personable, courteous and professional. The charge was reasonable and I will definitely be using John Rand Handyman services again!
