I was a little disappointed with their work today. The guys seemed in a hurry. I had to ask them to go back over a few areas that were not very clean. They cleaned 3 rooms and were gone in 20 minutes. I’ve been pleased with Stanley in the past but next time I may go with a local company!

My technician was polite, but did not bring furniture floor guards and was not going to move furniture. I wanted my whole carpet cleaned not just open areas. He said his boss didn't supply him with the guards, so I got aluminum foil and put on the feet of the chairs and table so he could clean under them. He also had to take time to duct tape the hose. Company needs to do better. Waiting for the carpet to dry and see a positive result.

My carpet had to be cleaned twice and included three technicians. I commend the company for eventually cleaning my carpet. The Stanley Steemer vehicle leaked oil on my very clean driveway. I complained to the company twice, but no one addressed the problem. Very poor customer service!

Horrible don’t not allow to clean your upholstery. My sectional is a light grey and now my sectional look beige.Horrible!!!!

Splatter left all over the walls and floor board. Had my hardwood stripped and cleaned. A maintenance coat was added as well. However, I had to ruin the work because I had to clean my walls. Spent almost $600 for nothing

Never again. Showed up 1 1/2 hours before requested time. Expectations diminished when the employee had to call his boss and send pictures on how to clean a LVP floor. Had bathroom tile supposedly cleaned and sealed. They sealed right over parts that didn't get clean. Lvp looked good wet when they asked us to check it but as it dried a film of dirt remained easily evidenced by wiping with a paper towel. LVP was slightly cleaner then before but walking across it you could feel the grit and see dog hair along with sections that appeared untouched. Waste of 700 bucks. Bathroom tile photos attached.

The technician was polite, but I feel as though he didn’t really take his time. He started the job at 2:40 and was packed up and running my card at 3:05. The main spots in my carpet that needed the cleaning still look exactly the same.. If he would have expressed that he couldn’t get the areas clean then I would have understood but he did not express that at anytime. The photos attached are after the carpet was “cleaned”.

None of their vans are registered or have tags. They are not licensed to clean air ducts but yet they still do. Falsify information to charge more for emergency services. Look for a company with integrity. I’d run from this one.
