Both Dante jr and sr were very helpful and thorough giving me options on how to improve my system in my older home. They took time to come back a second time to go further into my attic to check my duct work. I will call them again, hopefully I don’t up have to.

They unclogged a backup in my AC. The service was awesome and the responded in a timely fashion. They even went the extra mile in finding a pipe that was hidden. They are my new AC guys.

They arrived promptly, diagnosed the issue, then returned 2 days later and resolved the problem.

Since the repairs my air conditioning unit does not have to pull so hard. The unit does not stay on as long. And our house heats up quickly. I highly recommend this company.

Would have liked to do business for an HVAC replacement but I’ve called three different numbers that are advertised and they all go to a voicemail. That’s not good for business growth.

Very unprofessional one excuse after the next. After coming to my home the first time I was told a part had to be order & they would be back the next week to repair the issue when the part came in. Didn’t hear from anyone in three weeks so I called them was told that the part hasn’t came in. Four days later received a phone call stating my part was in and they would be there a week later between 2-4. Took off from work waiting a no show! No phone call no anything so again I call them. After being placed on hold someone came back to tell me that there system somehow kicked my appointment out & that they could come the next day. I was beyond upset. I asked what time after expressing my feelings in regards to the matter. The owner come on the line to say he could be there at 7:30 am & asked me if that was ok, I agreed. Today is the morning of my appointment the owner still shows up 17 minutes late. Absolutely unbelievable. If this company is on rotation with your home warranty company call and request someone else. If your looking for an AC company run from this one.
