I have carried a Home Maintenance Warranty for years with the idea that my aging HVAC one day might fail. This would leave me with the cost of a new system that I could not afford. I was having my 19 year old system repaired by the warranty company that took almost two months to achieve and while they were working on my unit I called the original installer (Climate Control) to inquire about the option of replacing my air scrubber. I spoke to Justin and he had an appraiser call and came to my house at the same time as the repair man was replacing my air handlers motor. When I asked about the possibility of replacing the unit he described the cost of their program. was so surprised that I jumped aboard and my install date was the very next morning. The install team (Christian and Dave) arrived when they were expected and immediately set to work. They were professional and knowledgeable about their job. It turned out that Dave had installed the existing unit in 2005. They completed the install in the estimated time frame and explained the units functions and warranty. Needless to say I am very pleased. So beware of the Home Shield trap because you will be wasting your money. I also give permission if you would like to have further affirmation for Climate Control to divulge my contact information. I will add that my statements are not solicited or compensated I am merely an extremely satisfied customer.

Christian Summersell and his helpful coworker are professional, courteous, and knowledgeable about the product (electrostatic filters). He took the time to make sure we got the right information and was patient in explaining and demonstrating what we needed to do.
