Called for an in person estimate and spoke with the owner who scheduled an appt at my house the following week. I got a follow up reminder email the day before the appt. I left work earlier specifically to meet them and they no showed, no called. I called and left a voicemail an hr after the appt time and called the following week and left a voicemail. I then requested a rescheduling through email. It has been two weeks and there is still no response.

Green Magic takes the time to figure out exactly what their clients need, then they walk you through the process. Best of all they DELIVER on their promises to do professional & quality work! We are PLEASED and will forever recommend their company! As well as continue to be a faithful client.

We scheduled an estimate and received a confirmation text for "Larry K." at the agreed-upon time. He did not show and we've received no contact since then. We followed up with a phone call and left a message, but still haven't received a response. Unprofessional. I couldn't get anyone to call me back to schedule an in-person estimate, I understood they were busy because it is rainy season here. So they asked me to provide a video walkthrough of the property so I drove down to the property on my lunch break from work and took a video and emailed it to them. I called and the office staff confirmed that it had been received and they would provide an estimate, and that was 5 days ago and I have not gotten an estimate, call or response to my emails or calls. I really wanted to work with this group as the reviews seemed great, but their lack of follow-up leaves lots to be desired as a new potential customer. Even if you're impossibly busy, acknowledging a customer goes a long way.

Loved using this company to have my fence and retaining wall installed. Very professional, friendly, and clean. They handled my project so well that I will definitely be using them in future.

Carita returned my call from a voicemail I left and set up an appointment to come by and see me about landscaping and regularly scheduled maintenance. She was supposed to be here on August 27th @ 10am and I'm still waiting for her to show up. I received no phone call to say she needed to reschedule or that they weren't coming. That's bad business practice. I'm moving on to someone more dependable who wants our business.

We paid this company to do some work on our property, which icluded about 6000 sf of sod. About 1/3 of the sod looked sickly and eventually died, despite adequate water and TLC. It was obviously a bad pallet, because the rest did fine.

Left over 6 phone messages and even sent a letter asking them to come back and look at the sod......no response after a month of trying. I'd steer clear if you are looking for someone who stands behind their work or will even return a call. Very disappointed in these folks, thought they were a better company than this.

Kasey and his crew did an outstanding job on my front porch landscaping! Very fast, reasonably priced, and very easy to work with! Highly recommended!

The best of the best, nobody cares for your landscaping and lawn care needs like these folks, attention to detail, prompt service at a great price. You won’t find better in the southeast, you have my word this is the absolute best service your money can buy. 10/10

I can't say enough great things about the people at Lawntrepeneur!! We live in a small subdivision where just about every yard is at the very least well and manicured. Most of them have beautiful landscaping...and we were the ugly yard in the neighborhood. Not anymore! Kasey and his crew totally transformed our yard!! They worked like a machine the entire time. They are professional, personable and very good at their job. Kasey is extremely good at creating a cohesive design that complements both the yard and the house. They were always willing to go the extra mile from start to finish. Overall it was a great experience with a very successful outcome. If you're looking for a landscaping company, Lawntrepeneur is THE place to go!! Thanks a lot guys!!

Lots of plants

I purchased garden soil for blueberry plants.

Helpful staff but they often don't have what I'm looking for.

Had to load 40 bags of mulch by myself. I told the cashier I would need help but he didn't call anyone. Meanwhile, there were 2 guys loading pine straw and didn't offer to help.

I like this place because it's a garden Center! I love to be around growing things. The staff are very helpful and seem to know what they're talking about.

I live just down the street from this Home Depot and EVERY time I go into this store, I can never find anyone to help me. It looks like a ghost town at the front of the store. Are you under staffing this store, or are the employees hiding in the back? I will say that I mostly come to this store after 5pm usually.

I thought it was important to let you know this because if things do not improve, I will just go across the street to Lowe's where they have always been more than happy to help me. Your store is my neighborhood store, and I want to see you succeed and not go under because of poor management decisions with either hiring bad employees or not paying your staff enough to care about the customers.
