First, it was the reviews for me!

I had been abandoned and stood up by new prospects, so I was frustrated. We had had what seemed like 40 days and 40 nights of rain and my yard was, to say the least, scary. lol. I googled “lawncare service” and read the reviews and felt that this was the one for me. Also, they happened to be very close by.

So, I called, left a message, and went on about my morning. When I got back to my phone just a little while later, I already had a text message and shortly thereafter, a missed call! I was hoping to have someone come out and take care of my horror show in the next few days, but after just a few messages between us, before the days’ end, David said he’d be by today, came by today, and took care of my immediate needs - TODAY! He was pleasant, professional, and did more than I expected on this first visit. My frustration is gone, my yard is tamed, and I am so happy to be a new customer of Haynes & Sons!!!
