Alabama Lawn Care Pros have been my neighbors lawn care service for quite some time. There was an area in our back yard that got WAY out of hand. This job needed to be handled by professionals. The neighbors yard always looks fantastic so the next time I saw them come to work on their yard I asked for a quote. Very unprofessional and rude.

I contacted this company for a leaf removal estimate and explained my situation in detail. I was quoted min $600 and was told someone would come out at 1:00 p.m. to assess the property in person. No one showed up, and no one called.
When I followed up, I was told they never sent anyone and instead looked at my property on Google’s aerial view and decided it was “too much.” They admitted they assumed I would say no because the price might be high, so they didn’t even bother to call and cancel or explain. I told them I still wanted to hire them and wanted to get my leaves removed.
After two days, they still never called back to provide any update or clarification. Extremely rude, unprofessional, and a complete waste of my time. I would not recommend this company.

Our experience is not a happy one. They have no schedule and show up at different times hours stop and may return later in the day. In three months they have not trimmed my fast growing hedges. We are a full service village in Craft Farms, but not getting the service! Personally, I would not give them even one star!
