I was recommended to Zoom Drain by a family friend Lloyd Hughes and they exceeded all my expectations of what you expect out of a company. Especially when you have to welcome strangers beyond the threshold of something so sacred as your home. Starting with Russ customer service the night before made us feel very at ease about our situation... We had a sewer back up in all three restrooms and the smell was unbelievable foul which is very overwhelming within itself but; The next day Julian came out so professional and caring about the situation. We first just wanted to get a estimate to see what we were looking at regarding pricing but; as soon as Julian assessed the situation and after he left ... We decided immediately to see if Russ could have him come right back... Russ was so accommodating and caring about our situation that he made sure Julian came back the same day to take care of the problem at hand. The simple act of not wanting to see others suffering.... Zoom Drain works so well as a team to get the job done for their customers and now they forever have us, our family and friends that comes along with us. Salute to the ZOOM TEAM... WE REALLY APPRECIATE YOU ALL!

We had a fantastic experience with Zoom Drain Gulf Coast. The two men who came to our house were extremely professional and courteous. They were able to diagnose our problem in a timely manner! Will definitely be using them in the future!

Shawn was great from start to finish. He arrived early , was very knowledgeable and friendly. The only place I found that had someone who could come on a Sunday for an emergency call. We will definitely use Zoom Drain again.

1 toilet with slow emptying. Called Zoom. Came next day as scheduled. James very businesslike. Had to remove toilet to find foreign object lodged at exit. (Grandkids) Replaced toilet. All good. Charge $275. Work was done well. Is charge a little high? Don't really know as rarely have to call for service. You decide.

Two guys came out who were very friendly, but didn’t have a camera on the truck and tried to jet my drain and only made it about 12 feet, I got another plumbing company out there and his camera made it all the way to the city sewage tie in. Maybe shop around.

My service sucked they fixed the problem only for it to last a week. They came back for the same problem tried to charge me again well Russ did. after they came back the second time said they couldn’t fix the blockage so I paid $288 FOR ABSOLUTE NOTHING I DO NOT RECOMMEND THEIR SERVICE AT ALL!
