Tree reviews in Mobile, Alabama

I hired Alabama Tree Surgeons to remove some trees in my yard, as well as limbing a few others. Mr. Steve met with me prior to being hired and we discussed my concerns, what I wanted done, and the length of time the job would take. The crew showed up the day we decided and went to work. This is a family based business and I can't say enough good things about how kind, courteous, caring for my property, and the way they all made sure my property was cleaned up every day during the process. I am so very glad that I hired them and would personally recommend them to anyone. If I'm in need again I will definitely be a repeat customer.

Steve and his team are very professional and trustworthy. I had anxiety about trees going over the roof of my house and they helped ease my fears. If Steve says they are going to do something, you can trust that it’s going to be done. They are extremely efficient and he and his crew clean up the area nicely and quickly. Can’t say enough good things about them.

Steve and his crew were great! Steve came gave a detailed quote to take down 2 trees and trim 2 others. Day if work these guys were movin the whole day! Saftey was #1 for both the guys and property. They left the place cleaner than when they got here. Will definitely call them back out for our next tree projects.

They were amazing people. They came to help me get my dog out of the tree when no one else would. I called the fire department and animal rescue and they both told me they could not do it. Animal rescue told me to call a tree company. I google tree companies and they were the closest to me. And when I told the owner my situation he immediately got my address and came to help me. I definitely recommend them and will be using them to take the same tree my dog was in down.

Alabama Tree Surgeon show up on time, they were very professional and went above and beyond all expectations. Our cat was almost 100ft up a pine tree in my neighbors yard and the team worked until the situation was resolved. My wife and I along with the neighbors were thoroughly impressed with the dedication and work ethic of the team.

I highly recommend Alabama Tree Surgeons! I had a massive live oak in a very difficult spot, with huge limbs hanging over my house and both of my neighbors' houses.

The team was incredibly professional, knowledgeable, and prioritized safety throughout the entire process. Despite the tricky location, they handled the removal perfectly.

A few things that stood out:.

The Cleanup: They went the extra mile to clean up the entire area.

Respect for Property: They were extremely careful and left my driveway in perfect condition.

If you need tree work done right, these are the people to call!

Their customer service, quality of work, professionalism, timeliness, and expertise is top tier! Steve reassured me before and during the tree removal, and they worked a profound miracle! We had two massive water oaks, one of which was hanging over my home and my neighbors home. The oaks had to predate dinosaurs 😂 but they got them down with ease! They cleaned up the job site. Our back and side yard looks amazing! There’s no stump in site. There was no trace of a tree, tree limb, leaf, root… they literally hauled everything away! The entire staff was friendly! Shawn was up high cutting those trees like the pro he is! I really appreciate you guys! I pray nothing but success to this company! I would recommend you to any and everyone!

I trust Steve (business owner) and his crew implicitly to protect my property and my neighbor’s property as well.
