Great prices, knowledgeable staff, friendly service. I recently purchased a Spektrum 4" smart LED down-light. i need help to install and understand the program. Between my daughter and John Faulk at R&R I am able to interconnect lights, strobe to music or change color and brightness!

Great for homeowners who wants small items around the house but for a Electrical contractors that deals with Million dollar condos do not go here!! I got set up for a meeting and had to get a 600 amp panel 480 volt guts and 2 more switch gears and this company left us high and dry leaving us scrambling for another Rep.
Thankfully we did not lose this contract..

R&R has a great staff that is also very helpfull. We had a generator install for a customer. Tyler went above and beyond and even had a hand in setting the generator on its pad.

Mr. Electric has become #1 for me. I've used others for years and haven't considered changing. However, after the lack of concern and high pricing from other local companies, I decided to call Mr. Electric and they delivered "BIG" time. We needed some dedicated circuits installed for warming units. Mr. Electric's team came out the next day after my call and was ready to install the circuits if their quote was accepted. We explained what we wanted and they devised the plan. This team included Mike, Nick and Ian, all top level technicians who knew their job and were able to convey what was required. They were so pleasant and insisted that they vlean up everything before they left. I recall asking for just a possible amount for this job and Ian said, I'm going to give you the exact figure. It was comforting to know up front the total cost since I am the treasurer. Guys, what an outstanding job!! Another thing, the bill was paid immediately upon completion if the work. Loved it!! I've had others to send bills a month after the work with additional fees. So please call MR. ELECTRIC first before wasting time with the others.
