If it wasn't for Frank and John, I would have given 1 star. I don't think Caddell knows how a calendar works. Would not work under again.

Look. I did not conduct business with Caddell Construction, I simply delivered their mail for nearly eight years. The staff and people I dealt with were extremely pleasant and polite.

This morning I had a very concerning experience with one of Caddells company trucks while driving into town in Northwest Arkansas. The driver was tailgating me aggressively, flashing their lights, and making hand signals through the mirror to push me to move over even though I was already in the passing lane and still passing other vehicles.
What makes this especially troubling is that I had my two small children in the car with me. The driver’s reckless and impatient behavior created a dangerous situation on the road that could have easily led to an accident.
A company vehicle should represent professionalism, safety, and respect for others on the road. Unfortunately, what I witnessed was the opposite. I truly hope Caddell addresses this behavior with their drivers, as it reflects poorly on the company and puts families like mine at risk. - Gray Ford F150 with temp tags.

Albama Contructions Pros recently remodeled a bathroom for me. It was a beautiful and excellent job. I am very pleased and plan to use this company again. I highly recommend them.

I had a flagstone patio installed to tie in my back porch to my garden. They did a wonderful job and are very conscientious about doing the work correctly. They will be doing three more jobs for me in the future. I highly recommend you use this company for anything you need done.

We own a home that had a flat roof over a breezeway that was attached to the house on one side and a shed on the other side. The flat roof had collapsed in the corner closest to the house and overtime, caused terrible wood rot and subsequently internal damage to the house frame woodwork and paneling. James and his crew removed all of the Rotten wood, converted the flat roof into a continuation of our pitched roof; added a water diversion system; removed and replaced all of the rotten wood on the inside of the house caused from the water damage; replaced paneling and painted to match; did a great job of salvaging whatever framework that they could as it was older and not available anymore.
They even created a pull down attic door with ladder so that we could access the new space in the new pitched roof.

his entire crew were extremely pleasant to work with. They were willing to listen to any concerns/suggestions that I had . they encouraged feedback and responded until we were absolutely satisfied. The job was originally thought to take three weeks and they finished quicker than expected.
I would definitely do business with them again!

Alabama Construction Pros c/o Mr. James Satchell was professional, prompt, kept his word, honored the contract and assured me that the work that he out - sourced would be completed just as if he was doing it himself. He started promptly and removed all debris, leaving the worked on areas ready for work the next day.

I would gladly re-hire this company for any other renovation/remodeling work and even for new projects that I might want done. Mr. Satchell and all sub-contractors were personable and professional.
