David did a very thorough job on our rental home! We are military and have moved many times which means we have hired numerous carpet cleaning companies. This cleaning has surpassed all the others. David took his time and was polite and knowledgeable. Would definitely recommend!!

Welch's ChemDry did a great job cleaning the carpet in our home. I was very shocked when David was willing to fit me in on the same day. He really cares about his customers. He took the time to educate me on the importance of carpet cleaning and the products his company uses. His equipment even removed pet dander!

David with Welch’s Chem Dry came earlier today to deal with a room in our house. The room had been COVERED with pee from two very large dogs. We thought our new carpet was ruined! He came in and saved the day! (+ our floors) 🤣 It only took about an hour and it was very affordable. He was extremely polite and comfortable. He arrived on time and he explained everything. He also told me what i can do to keep this from happening again! Good southern work ethic can be hard to find nowadays but this is a very effective company. Cannot thank them enough!! 10/10 ☺️☺️

David was great to work with and did an excellent job removing the tough stains on my carpet!! I needed help getting stains out of carpet in a house I rented, and he helped me not have to pay for damage or new carpet. Was very impressed with David and the job he did. He did my carpets, rug, and couch. Everything looked so much better. I could not believe the results in one of the rooms. I spoke with David over the phone and he provided everything he guaranteed with exceptional professionalism. Our carpets were ragged with dog hair, stiff spots, stains and our large sectional couch had a strange smell I couldn't get rid of. After his service today, the carpets really do look brand new and the couch smells are completely gone. The whole house looks and smells fresh and clean, like new.

Best carpet cleaning I've ever experienced! Polite, extremely knowledgeable, and thorough. This is my 3rd time using this company. They are consistently wonderful! We were told (by a carpet company) that our upstairs carpet needed to be replaced. Our friend (an interior designer) said, "Why don't you see if this carpet can be cleaned? It may be fine." I called Welch's Chem-Dry. They saved day. Our carpet looks fantastic! It looks almost new and saved us over $3,500 to replace carpet that did not need replacing. Well done, again!

I had a very pleasant experience with ChemDry. I have some furniture that is dry clean only, and it had several stains and water spots. The service was reasonably priced, quick, and the gentleman was very friendly. The furniture is clean and smells fresh. He also took the time to explain the different processes and why certain fabrics require different solutions. Will use in the future!

Excellent experience! David was incredibly informative when it came to explaining the carpet cleaning process. He took great care to explain how he deals with pet urine and his services to get rid of it completely. He also explained what kind of spot removal we should use if we had another animal accident.
Would definitely use Welch's Chem-Dry again for the quality and the value of his services.
Note: I had three rooms with one room needing Pet Urine Removal treatment.
