I can’t say enough about my experiences with United Heating and Air Conditioning over the past 15 years. They are alway helpful and efficient !

Yesterday I had my regular Spring Maintenance. The technician advised me that the numbers were down on the capacitor and I opted to wait to replace. Approximately 6 hours later my a/c was not cooling. I called and was connected with the answering service! Within 2 hours a technician was at my house replaced the capacitor and he was off to his next call!

Thank goodness my annual contract and thank goodness for this customer minded company. I highly recommend United Heating and Air!

My experience was absolutely fabulous. The A/C
Technician Tim, was polite, courtesy and listen to your concerns. He corrected the issue on the first day, but unfortunately unit had some other issue having to do with drainage collection pan. I personally called Tim and mentioned to him that the A/C shut off shortly after he left. He made arrangements to come the next day and further see what what the issue. This problem was corrected and Tim called to let me know what had happen that the A/C shut down again.

I would like to thank very much United Air Condition & Heating for dealing with this problem promptly. And most of all I would like to give my special thanks to Tim for listening to my concerns and resolving my issue in a very professional manner. Tim is an excellent and knowledgeable employee, and would be a tremendous asset to anyone.

I have extended warranty service and continue to be pleased at how well they send reminders for the bi-annual service checks, ease of setting up those appointments and professionalism of office staff and service technicians. Availability of service hours and adherence to appointment times demonstrates respect for customers’ time. Technician was very knowledgeable and explained what was being done, what results were and even information about filter replacements.
