Service was HORRIBLE! I paid dor my services for tje year. On brand new sod, I was expecting my first service . My doorbell rang. I slipped on a top and shoes. By the time I made it to the door(45 seconds to a minute) the guy was rolling in the hose. He had spray around tje front sidewalk, no side or backyard had been touched.
He attempted to tell me ot only takes about 7 minutes but hadn't been 1 minute! He tried to persuade me to not call and that he would give me some type of extra service if I would give him a good survey. I told him I couldn't do that until i saw tje good work completed.
I walked back inside took my sweater off and went to look out of the window and he was gone!
I called and reported bit was routed to a universal line and not my local. Later I the day local office called and attempted to confront me with the worker on the line. How disrespectful!.
They asked for a redo and sent another guy out almost the same situation. Nothing has been done.
Now I have a yard full of weed! I am flabbergasted. It's a mess.
I want my money back or I will take the next legal steps.

Nice plants, plenty of seeds on display. Didn't find fingerling potatoes. Guess their spring supply of flowers will be in soon.

They need separate entry for people going in and out of the garden center separate from where forklifts go in and out. Also could be another way to get people loaded up with mulch and large bags of soil instead if everything out the same entry exit where you stand on both sides to pay. Why should loaders and forklifts go through same place where people are trying to enter and exit.

They not only did not have what i wanted in stock. but they also had a sales agent in the garden center who absolutely had no knowledge about plants whatsoever. Nor was she willing to get off of her lazy ass to help a customer look either. She just sat there at the register and pointed to a section where she think it might be and began to say how they had them last week but dont know what is or isnt there now. Im like: uhh but you work here and you dont know what you have in stock of the main area where you work..smh

Just did a little Plant Therapy this morning in order to refresh my yard. Rambo Nursery's Associate Broc actually greeted me. He was very professional, knowledgeable, and took personal interest in making sure I kept my color scheme while recommending plants that work well in certain atmospheric areas of my yard. I really appreciate Broc! Broc, thank you for rolling out Eastern Blvd. Home Depot's Rambo Nursery's Red Carpet. My yard looks amazing, and the Coreopsis looks great in my hanging baskets. Thanks Broc🏆!

They always have a great selection of plants and flowers. The deals aren't bad. I do wish they would take better care of the clearance section. When I go, a lot of them are usually knocked over and in dire need of water.

Variedad

Terrible store. You’ve got order pickup spots taken up by people who aren’t picking online orders up, people rolling carts in random directions(literally hitting other peoples cars), trash all across the parking lot. Cops parked outside but not enforcing road laws. Sitting in 95+ degree heat waiting for people to do their job and bring bags to the car. People want 15/hr. But can’t do the simplest part of their job.

Walmart should go ahead and shut this one down. Not worth the money to upkeep, paying employees to not do their job. Trash.
