We used Mr. Pool to construct our pool about a month ago. I could not have asked for a better experience! They were professional, efficient, and provided top-notch quality work! I have already recommended them to some family and friends!

Very disappointed. In September of 2022 we had our pool liner replaced. We did’nt get to enjoy the pool that year. In 2023 the liner was coming loose in several places. They did come to repair it. Year 2024 the liner was coming loose again. I called them again. They came to repair it but we were billed $155.00. It is still 2024 and the liner is coming loose again. We can’t afford to keep paying for them to keep coming to fix it. Also our pool light never worked again after they replaced the liner. Poor workmanship. You would expect better after paying almost $6000.00 for it. Very very disappointed.

Mr. Pool finished our pool yesterday and we are enjoying it so much. Cole did a great job in helping pick the perfect pool for us. The construction crew worked very hard and payed close attention to detail. Robert did a great job in pool school and was able to answer all of our questions. We would highly recommend Mr. Pool to anyone in the market for a pool. Thanks Mr. Pool for helping make our dreams come true.

We Had a good experience with Mr. Pool. Once they started, the pool was built quickly and in less time than they originally told us. Cole was great on the front end getting us started. Robert has helped us on pool school and has taken care of any questions or concerns we’ve had. We’ve recommended them to several people already.

The whole ordeal during our pool construction was stress-free, Mr. Pool took care of everything. It's impressive the way they have different crews that come and complete certain stages of the construction process and the pool school with Robert at the end was a nice learning experience and he also leaves you with step by step instructions and his phone number if you have any problems. Their reputation speaks for itself and I highly recommend them.

We started by contacting Mr. Pool through the online pool quote form. The next morning, Cole called and setup an initial in person visit and quote. From our first phone call with Cole, I felt we had made the right decision. Cole listened to my requests and made sure our vision happened. The construction process was so smooth and quick. We are very happy with our pool. It looks great. Robert did a phenomenal job getting us set up and doing pool school. He is quick to respond and addressed our issues promptly before we issued final payment for the job. They also ran my backwash line out to the road at no extra charge. No unrolling a hose every week for me.

Mr. Pool installed our pool in a timely manner.. They built a retaining wall around the perimeter that looks really nice. They had excellent customer service before, during, and after the install. They conduct a personalized pool school to explain all your equipment.

Mr. Pool has some.of the most genuine people. In this time and age to have someone actually care about their customers and the quality of the job that they do is amazing. Robert Fontenot has went way out his way to help us with our new pool adventure. I highly recommend.

Mr. Pool did an excellent job installing our in ground pool! They did it in a timely, professional manner. I was contacted each time before they came out to work, and was always kept in the loop on where we were at with installation. After just 5 short weeks it is up and running, and they are still answering any questions I may have! I definitely recommend using Mr. Pool for ALL of your pool needs!

We have truly enjoyed working with Mr Pool and designing our new swimming pool. We got the salt water system and this is my first time owning a pool and I have had no trouble with it. Our pool was put in in September, so this will be our first summer with our new pool, I could not recommend anyone better than Mr Pool Mr. Cooper has answered my questions numbers times with just a text . Always got back with me the same day matter of fact but just matters of ours. We were ready for our pool liner within three days even though our liner took several weeks to come in they were very prompt and on the go you'll never regret going with Mr Pools .

Mr. Pool recently installed my pool. I mainly worked with Everett for communication. He’s very responsive, understanding, and professional. I’ve worked in the construction industry my entire career. So, I was very “particular” throughout the design, budget, and construction process. I was also self-performing a pool house in tandem with their pool install. Everett handled my concerns and comments as well as any high-level project manager that I would normally encounter in the construction-world.

The other members of the Mr. Pool team are very quick. Usually, speed lacks quality. But, this was not the case for my pool. They were fast because they have simply been doing this for a very very long time. With experience, Mr. Pool has figured out how to install pools fast and effectively, without sacrificing quality.

We contacted Mr Pool to have some work done on our pool. They had someone come out and look it over within a few days. They were very honest and told us exactly what needed to be done. We scheduled them to fix everything. The technicians were very professional. Our pool now looks amazing. Thank you! Would highly recommend.

The communication from the website submission to completion of the pool was fantastic. Cole was great to work with and answered any and all questions. I was very impressed with the process and how each crew methodically completed their workflow. I signed up for the weekly cleaning service. That is one less worry I have. The care they take to make sure the pool is not only clean but also the decking. Five stars for all services.

I did not want to post this and have been trying my HARDEST to be understanding. But enough is enough. Do not do business with Mr. Pool LLC out of Montgomery if you’re planning to install a pool. We originally picked out a diving board and when the guys came to pour the concrete, they did not put in the diving board. I contacted our sales guy and told him this immediately when I went to check on the progress. (Concrete was already dried). They came out and busted up a section of the concrete to install the diving board, and repoured concrete. Since then, the section they busted up, has sunk into the ground. I’m no concrete or construction expert but I’m pretty sure they should have put some rebar in place to prevent this. Anywho, back on April 22nd I reached out and sent pictures. I was told someone will come out and look. That was 3 months ago. I have called and texted multiple times over the last 3 months and continue to get ghosted or told “we will get to it soon” 🙃 absolute terrible customer service.

We are in the process if buying a home with a pool and knew very little about before we went to Mr Pool and spoke to Amy. She gave a lot of info and was very pleasant. We feel more comfortable moving forward with the home purchase. They are always pleasant. Stopped by there today..same great service from the staff.
