The guys at Arbor Pro did an excellent job at pruning our big tree in the front, as well as removing several big trees out of our backyard along with some overgrown brush. They were fast, efficient, and did not leave anything behind. I highly recommend calling them for all of your tree services.

The team at Arbor Pro was incredibly responsive and helped us remove our trees in record time. Thorough with the cleanup and considerate of returning everything the way they found it. Can’t recommend them highly enough.

I have used Arbor Pro several times over the past 20+ years, from limbing trees over my house to complete removal. Today, Jeremy’s team removed three large pine trees with surgical precision in close proximity to overhead utility lines and our service line. Highly recommended!

Update: May 8, 2025: Another great experience! Jeremy’s team removed two large trees that were VERY close to our house with the same surgical precision, and removed two dead trees that were difficult and dangerous for me to cut on my own. It’s best to let professionals handle things! Sorry, no photos this time. They did the job while I was working mine. I trust Arbor Pro enough that I don’t have to “supervise!”

If I could give them zero stars I would. I called them because I had a tree fall on my storage house my insurance company told me to find a professional tree cutting service. The guy said he would come out and give me a quote. After a week he never came. I called back he said he came by but the gate was locked. The first lie was he came by because I have cameras around my home he never once came. The second lie was the gate was locked. When I had spoken with him he told me to leave the gate unlocked and I unlocked it immediately after I got off the phone with him even though I leave the gate locked for safety reason because I have a pool in the backyard. I called back again and asked could they come by he said he would and still again he never showed up and never even called to say that he couldn’t make it. So I called back again the next following week and another guy answered the phone and said he would talk to the guy that was supposed to come by to give me an estimate and would call me back and let me know something. I have yet to receive a call from either of them a whole month later. They have the worse customer service ever and I honestly don’t see how they are still in business.

Was driving on I85 near Newnan GA and a company truck merged over right in front of me less than a car length away then no more than 2 seconds later slammed on brakes and I had to swerve into the next lane to avoid hitting them if they are this reckless driving company vehicles I could only imagine how little they care about the customers they serve also I got the whole incident on my dash cam so if the owner of this business wants to see what their drivers are doing just let me know and I’ll send it to you
