This company’s prices are ridiculous. I truly wish I would not have gone with the 1st company I contacted because they clearly took advantage. I could have brought a new toilet for less.

Never showed for first appointment. Rescheduled for first thing in the morning and got here mostly on time. Solved the issue of backed up sink, as far as we can tell. Friendly workers. Get a free a call back to unclog in next six months. Pricey fix- $390 to run their machine. $75 off coupon. So $315 total.

I ran into a issue replacing my valve in my shower. I somehow stripped the brass screw that holds the valve in place. It was late and I had my water cut off so it was some what of a dire situation. I couldn't leave my water off til the next morning so I reached out to a couple of places and they wanted to do it the next day. I called rotor rooter and they sent Scotty out. He needs to teach a class on patience. I learned a lesson from him because due to me not being patient and rushing to put the screw back on I stripped it. Scotty saved me from a potential bigger bill of having to replace the whole assembly. I want to thank rotor rooter for coming out late in the evening and for sending Scotty to save me.
