Kyle at Serenity has done a couple of repair jobs for us and we are always pleased. They are very professional, friendly and prompt. They always take time to explain the issue, gets approval for cost, and fixes the issue with little downtime. They're up to date on technology with their texting system for appointment confirmation and reminders, and tablets onsite. Very nice people and quality work!

Having owned a service company for 25 years I know good service. Kyle was a pleasure to deal with. He was professional and very personable. I highly recommend him. He came out for 3 of my appliances and fixed one on the spot and ordered parts for my dryer. My microwave decided not to make the noise it was making. Hats off to Mae for keeping me updated on my appointment. Call Serenity you won’t be disappointed.

Easy to get service visit scheduled, showed up on time and fixed a problem with my old refrigerator that one other guy couldn’t fix and one even refused to come . Didn’t try to sell unnecessary replacement parts just clears out a drain which was the real problem. Highly recommend for service, cost and honesty

I’ll start with Mae , she’s not only super responsive she keeps it real letting you know what’s what and what’s not concerning all things. Kyle , super intelligent when it comes down to the world of appliance. Very knowledge , he practically rebuilt my washer. They’re both patient and extremely helpful. Thank you both for all of your time & expertise. I recommend all day!

My refrigerator had leaked for years, but I was uncomfortable having a stranger come into my home to fix it. We just kept a bowl in the back of the refrigerator to catch the water. When my daughter made some cheesecakes for a birthday celebration and one was ruined by the water, I decided it was time to “bite the bullet” and look for someone to repair it. I looked online at several places, but the reviews I read from Serenity Appliance reassured me enough to call them and set up an appointment. Kyle arrived promptly and diagnosed the problem. He gave a reasonable quote for the repair and allowed me to decide if I wanted it done. I agreed and he went right to work. The whole experience went smoothly, and I was amazed at how quickly the problem was resolved. My only regret is that I didn’t call sooner and save me and my family years of frustration dealing with an appliance that wouldn’t work properly. Just had the incredible fortune to meet Kyle and utilize his expertise. Our Ice maker had begun to over fill and leak into the ice bin and water was pooling in the bottom of the freezer. Kyle diagnosed the problem solved them both and communicated the issues and those fixes very clearly. I highly recommend Kyle and his office staff at Serenity if you need appliance repairs.

Kyle and his team at Serenity Appliance were great! From start to finish, they made the process as smooth as possible. Originally, we called about our broken Samsung Dryer. Kyle arrived on time and was very professional. Not only did Kyle fix the issue with our dryer, he also took time to check out our oven as well (which had also been having issues). One of the Circuit boards inside the unit had gone bad. Luckily, Kyle was able to repair the board (which saved us money) and came by the next day to have it reinstalled. Before leaving, Kyle made sure to test each appliance was functioning properly and shared some tips and tricks to use in the future. I would recommend Kyle and his team to anyone in need of appliance repairs. His knowledge, pricing, professionalism, and desire to go that extra mile is a rarity these days.

Tech arrived on time. Unknown to me the problem had fixed itself and the stove top was no longer malfunctioning. The tech did do some research and did advise me that if the igniter needed to be repaired it would be cheaper to replace the whole unit then to repair it. Good to know if it happens again.

The repair and diagnostic was super fast and affordable. Dude was awesome to work with! Would definitely recommend 100% and will definitely call again when needed in the future! Awesome people!
