Noah did a fantastic job on the lengthy list of changes I wanted. My place no longer feels like a cave, I have better air circulation, my entire panel is surge protected and I have remote controls to make operations more convenient for me. It was a very long day for him but he persevered through it all.
He is a very kind, and considerate person. I would recommend him to anyone and I will call Superior Service Electric when I need an electrician again.

Called Saturday. Man told me $99 fan installation M-F and $109 after hours. Did NOT say the $99 was a service call. Prices were outrageous. I am changing my rating to 5 ⭐️ because after lengthy conversations with the owner, it is quite apparent that he truly cares about his customers. It was a learning experience for both of us and I’m sure some changes will be made. However, I caution any prospective customers to speak directly with a business employee and not the answering service for information.

Superior has been my go-to electricians for about 5 years for many remodel jobs and other miscellaneous improvements to my house. They have always been very professional and courteous from the ladies setting the appointments to the technicians doing the work. Dylan came out on an annual service call today and on other jobs previously. He did a very thorough inspection and provided good information about the status of my electrical system. I highly recommend this company.

Mike and Kobe were awesome! They replaced all my light and swapped out a chandelier. They were knowledgeable and courteous. They did a great job and cleaned up everything. I highly recommend them!

Dylan and his partner were absolutely amazing. The company itself not so much I schedule an appointment confirm the appointment you'd think I'm good. I got 8 phone calls 7 emails 6 text messages. If not for all the harassment I would have given a 5 star review. I'm giving 1 star because of the office staff. Again, Dylan was AMAZING. He and his partner were professional, helpful and completed the job quickly and explained everything to me. The entire office staff doing all that calling, texting and emailing should be fired immediately. I've worked in management over 30 years I would not implement this type of harassment and would fire anyone who found this necessary. I had planned on paying the service charge and finding someone else but Dylan was so kind and helpful he saved the job. Do better.

Exactly how customer service should be!
They had to reschedule the first appointment but they called in advance, put me first on the list for the next day, and generously gave me a discount even though it was not going to cause me a hardship and I didn't request a discount. Mike showed up on time and ready to help. He was gracious enough to explain the issues in a manner that I could easily understand. He did not talk over my head with detailed explanations of the flux capacitor. He offered multiple options to fit my budget and discussed available discounts through the service plan, military, etc. I never felt like he was padding the bill or charging me for any unnecessary repairs. He made very thoughtful safety recommendations and explained the "why" behind his recommendations. I am definitely going to use this company for all my electric service needs. They will even service our hot tub and our generator! I am blown away with our first interaction since I thought gold-plated customer service was a thing of the past but Superior Service is aptly named and truly superior. Thanks, Mike! You're a godsend!

Noah did an Outstanding Job replacing the transformer in my home. He also did a great job of explaining in detail the different Plan options they offer and have available for my electrical needs.

Appointment about upgrade fuse boxes to breaker box for insurance requirements. Technician was great. Explained all options and went over them and the costs. Explained what I could have done at a later date. Was on time, professional and knowledgeable. Would definitely recommend this company.
