Technician and apprentice showed up on time, were courteous and professional, worked efficiently, and tolerated my many questions. Price for service and a new capacitor seemed very fair. They were able to respond to my call same-day.

Can’t say anything but good things about the team. They let me know the morning of my appointment that they were running ahead and could be there 2 1/2 hours earlier than expected. Great at communicating each step of the service and letting me know if there were any issues, then resolving those issues even if they weren’t related to the appointment. Kept the work area extremely clean, and when done even helped me unmount and remount a 65” tv to the new receptacle location. Excellent customer experience!

Brad was very courteous and I felt very safe having him fix my Air. I am a widow and so to feel confident in Brad was great. He was knowledgeable and he fixed my air conditioning in a short time.
I will use them again!

Changing my review from yesterday after it was explained that the messages stating the technician is on the way or the work is complete are generated by the system.: Randy and AJ did great work on replacing the coil. Very polite, hard workers who arrived on time. Randy even changed a light bulb for me in the area he was working. Brad Hand (my original tech) even stopped by to check on things. Highly recommend.

Brad Drake Heating and Air is the most trustworthy company I have ever dealt with. I highly recommend using their services if you need any HVAC work done. They are very professional and efficient and the customer service is outstanding. You can’t beat the prices either!

These guys are the real deal! I wish all services were as reliable as Brad Drake. They have rescued us from sweating or freezing more times than I can count. Reasonable cost, professional work, responsive timing. I would never get anyone else to work on my house.
I just got another great system checkup done. Fantastic service as usual.

These guys came out and cleaned our duct system. They took about 5 hours and worked hard the WHOLE time. They did a fantastic job and they were super friendly.They were honest about what we did or did not need and didn't push any extra services. There is a very noticeable difference in our air now.

They came out another time when we had mice get into our vents. Another company came first and said they could not find how the mice came in and could not help us with the insulation in the vents. These guys came out and found multiple places on the top of flex ducts where the mice had chewed through (hence the insulation), and completely took care of it for us.

I highly recommend.

Brad and his company did such an amazing job installing my AC and heat unit. They were very kind and professional. Very honest and went over and beyond for their job. I highly recommend brad and his company, will be telling all of my friends and family about them!

They were the most professional people I’ve ever met in the business. Got a text when they were on way and had a picture that showed who would be coming . As a single female that was nice !
Also they were very informative. Helped me in more ways than i imagine and taught me about why having air ducts cleaned are important. Very nice clean cut looking guys and fair pricing for sure!
Will definitely keep them for routine maintenance and use them again.

The staff are incredibly nice and accommodating. Brad Hand was my technician and he was thorough, kind and made sure I understood what was happening with my system. Tiffany who did the scheduling and communications was understanding, and seemed like she was really concerned with my problem. They were responsive and also made sure I was aware of Brad’s timeline. I’m very pleased with this company so far.

Employees were very knowledgeable, courteous and friendly. They worked very hard to fix my air conditioning on a Saturday morning. The company came and replaced my hvac the following week. I am very pleased with all the work completed. I would highly recommend Brad Drake heating and cooling for all your hvac needs .
