Brian was great. He went far beyond expectations. Not only did he come 2 days before Christmas but he came after hours and got us handled. He left his family to make sure we had electricity during our unusual cold weather. Highly recommend.

I rarely do reviews, however Premier Electrical deserves the time and effort. Firstly, I ran into an issue with a fuse that somehow kept blowing all the other fuses including the main. Now, of course this happened at 5pm on a Monday so my fear was no one would be able to get my power back on until the next day. I tried two other services that had 30min and 1hr wait times on the phone... Then I googled electrician in the Huntsville area, and noticed Premier was located on Winchester Rd. On a hope and a prayer, I called and to my surprise an actual living, breathing human picked up the phone... Not a phone tree, not AI... an actual human!
This was outstanding, I was then pleased to hear that they could come out in about an hour. Sure, enough about an hour later they arrived. They looked into the issue, determined it was a faulty breaker, went ahead and resolved that then checked the rest of the panel to ensure all was well. Not only were they able to replicate, resolve and get the power back on but all that in just about 20min. The cost for the visits was very reasonable; and they were outstanding folks who deserve the positive review.

I will be calling them again if I ever need anything electrical done to my home and I will recommend them to all friends and family.

In today's market, calling and getting an actual human being, who responds quickly and charges a reasonable rate is almost unheard of in the home repair service, especially on a call out at that! This has earned them a returning customer for life.
