This company is EXCELLENT They were out to my home the same day as called. ALL necessary measures to keep myself and family safe were addressed. Full estimate completed and even met with my insurance adjuster as was needed to prove the total repairs required. Afterwords, the insurance adjuster could not disagree and all repairs were completed along with bringing me up to code the next day. Fast and efficient!!!

This company is a true God send! A little back story: my daddy ( had his 3rd massive stroke January of 2023 ) called me while I was in the hospital with my momma ( having 1/2 of her lung removed due to cancer ) telling me he had no power. Why he didn't have power? Because he thought he could rewire his house...alone. Yes, before this last stroke he could have. Now..absolutely not. I panicked! When I got to his house, this man removed all wires, I mean every light switch, wall plug...everything..including the breaker box! I was given the number to Electrum from a family friend. And I can't thank these men enough! They came that day to have a look at what my daddy had done. It was a total mess! Due to the extent of the project, they had to come back the next day to start work. They came back and got the job done! They didn't quit until the job was finished! Like, these guys were still working at 8pm! I can't thank them enough for the amazing job they done. I know dealing with my dad isn't the easiest of things these days, but they were true professionals! Every single person I spoke to was overly helpful, the communication, the punctuality, the security features they have in place with appointment scheduling, everything absolutely top notch! If you are in need of any electrical work, this is the company you need!! I promise you will be just as impressed as I have been.

Josh and his crew were always willing to fix any issues promptly and with a very kind attitude. They finished the work on a timely basis and the old electrical work seems to be top notch. Amazing service! From one of the owners Dekota coming to my home to give us a quote and the technician Preston showing up to perform the repairs, this service was 10/10! I greatly appreciate how professional both men were and mindful of the little details like putting on shoe covers since we have a new born. I would highly recommend Electrum!

Electrum does good work but if you’re looking for quick service. Not happening. They had 1 man on my job for 2 months. Dragged my job out far too long and Josh is sensitive and hard to deal with. Dakota also wrongfully tried to charge me for scaffolding that he didn’t keep track of working multiple jobs. I don’t recommend Electrum.

I reached out to Josh for a quote and decided to use him, not because they were the least expensive but because I immediately got the feeling I could count on them to do quality work and doing it on time. Josh and his team went above and beyond and communicated all details in a timely manner. They used their experience to make wiring / plug / lighting recommendations and it all came together seamlessly. Thank you for making this an easy process.

We are incredibly satisfied with the service we received today from Electrum LLC. My wife called in today with a need for a big job because our main breaker was failing. We knew the entire panel likely would need replaced because it was an older home we just purchased. I was concerned about getting an appointment on short notice but the office was wonderful about finding a time slot for our needs. So I already knew I called the right place. A couple hours later Dillon and Josh arrived and completed a stellar job! They cleaned up after themselves, labeled every new breaker(some weren’t even labeled when they started) and even set the clock on the stove when they finished. We highly recommend these gentleman for any work in the electrical field. As we all know it is very hard to find customer service with skills to match.

There’s a reason Electrum LLC has great reviews, they are a great company. I did my homework and read the reviews and then hired them for a job at my home. They showed up at the time they communicated, did the job they were hired to do, thoroughly cleaned up after themselves, and the bill was exactly what they said it would be. I couldn’t be more pleased with my entire experience with Electrum LLC. Take my word for it, they are a great company!

Knowledgeable technicians. Work done on time. Impeccable customer service. Had difficulty getting county inspector here, but Dakota went out of his way to arrange inspection so we didn’t have to go without electricity, saving us from needing hotel room. Their commitment to doing the doing the job right and taking care of my family was incredible. Need electrical work done? Electrum is the only electrician you need to call.

We took on what we thought was just a kitchen renovation of an old historic house. During the renovation, we determined we needed to completely rewire the house. Electrum has been great to work with every step of the way. They clearly take pride in their work, and they are thorough. They are also great with communication. I plan to use them for all electrical needs moving forward and would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone.

Highly recommend this company to do your electrical job. They did an amazing job. We had a little miss understanding and the wrong item was installed. But Electrum made sure to make it right and they honored their word. Which to me speaks volumes on the type of company they are and how they run their business. Jasmine, Dakota, and Josh were amazing and our installers Adam and Dave were top notch.

Problem was quickly located at where power enters my manufactured home. The repair was explained in clear terms. Repair was completed efficiently. With your connections with Alabama Power my power was back on in under 48 hours. 🙂

Josh and his entire crew were great. On time and even diagnosed issues we didn’t know we had but could had been fire hazard if not taken care. They were clean and professional. Would recommend to anyone!

Josh and his crew are hands down the best electricians (heck, best out of any type of contractor) that I've ever dealt with. Everyone is always so positive and professional. His team has completed installing ceiling lights and fans in my house in two of the main rooms and I could not be happier. Shortly after finishing our living room, a tree hit our house and completely ripped the internet from the house, and tore the powerline off the wall of the house. We ended up needing upgrades to the electrical to stay up to code and everything was done perfectly and quickly - there was very little downtime without power. I plan to call them again to redo the electrical in my kitchen in the near future, as well. 100/10 would recommend and Electrum will absolutely be the only electricians I use for every other electrical need we have.
