House Cleaning reviews in Opelika, Alabama

This service was an absolute lifesaver. Came to move in today and apartment was completely trashed and unlivable. Cat pee in the carpet, hair everywhere, garbage strewn about, stains on everything, dust almost an inch thick, fridge covered in gnats and mysterious fluid, etc. These ladies came in on zero notice and worked an absolute miracle in less than 3 hours. I am so so thankful for this service and I couldn't recommend them more. They were polite, so kind, genuine, efficient, and hardworking. If I ever need cleaning in AU again, I will use this company!! If you are looking for a thorough clean in a small amount of time, these are your people. A thousand thanks to Paradise Cleaners! Truly made our apartment hell into a paradise we felt comfortable moving into.

Never showed up to give and estimate.

There is nothing like coming home to a Clean fresh organized Home, using this elite cleaning company over the past several years has been a true blessing. It's the next best thing when your daily routine leaves no time for cleaning.
Thanks, ECC.

Expert Cleaning Concepts is friendly, flexible, very reliable and care about their clients. I like the fact that the team shows up when scheduled and get the job done. My experience as an intern was a breath of fresh air. I was provided all the tools I needed to perform my duty. The people at ECC were courteous which made my job easier. I didn’t feel like a burden if I needed to ask for assistance. I learned not to limit myself and that it’s never too late to pursue your dreams.
The CEO is simply amazing. She is the epitome of professionalism. I highly recommend the company for your next cleaning service.

Expert Cleaning Concepts came and cleaned my house on the very last day of my vacation. Even though I was out of town, communication was impeccable! I knew exactly when they arrived and left. It was so nice to come home to a clean home! They are extremely kind, conscientious and thorough. Highly recommended!

Have never had a better experience! Expert Cleaning Concepts, INC. cleaned mine and my husbands apartment before moving in, and we could not be happier with the experience! Everything was just as we would’ve wanted it, and the customer service was even better. Will definitely be booking again!

Other cleaning companies are great at first then service dies down. Not with ECC!! I am so impressed that the cleaning is AMAZING every time!! Rates are reasonable, too!

Just had some cleaners come to my house to do a 2 maids 2 hours general cleaning. I could not be any happier with the result! As soon as I walked in it smelled so clean and fresh. Always professional, very communicative and do an excellent job! I highly recommend Expert Cleaning Concepts to use at your home or business. My family have been beyond pleased with them!

The two ladies were on time and very friendly. They introduced themselves and asked was there any specific thing they should focus on! They were very meticulous and paid great attention to detail. It felt good knowing everything is clean and sanitized. I really didn’t think they would clean an entire 4 hours, but once I went back into my new home, it was spotless! NOW we’re ready to be moved in!!! I would highly recommend them!

It is so hard finding quality customer service and professionalism now but working with this company was so refreshing. I had someone complete wreck and one of my properties and they were able to have it looking squeaky clean just in time for my next booking. I will definitely be using them on a regular basis now!

great service!! was quick, efficient, and left the place spotless!! definitely recommend.

This company cleaned our church due to COVID 19. They are very friendly, very professional and were very responsive. I contacted the owner because that was the only contact info I knew and she never rerouted me! She scheduled gave me quotes, scheduled my appointment and emailed me what was to be expected! The clean up ladies were very friendly and professional also. I will definitely be using them again and referring them to everyone needing services! I highly recommend ECC!

From the moment of first contact until the cleaning was complete, Expert Cleaning, was responsive, on-time, friendly, professional and did a thorough job cleaning our home. I would highly recommend and would use their service again.

They did such a great job and I called late in the day and they came the next day!!!! Sabrina and CC came to clean my daughter's dorm room at Auburn and they did a great job! We will use them again, and use them when my daughter has to move out of the dorm at the end of the year. I highly recommend them and the communication was excellent as well! Great job!!

This cleaning company is just what I needed! They were great from start to finish. Great customer service and professional staff made this move in a breeze for me and my family. They came in and got to work immediately. The house was a wreck from the previous owners. Full of cat fur and trash left behind. Appliances were so bad I thought we would have to trash them. But these lady's came in and cleaned house!!! Literally!!! I highly recommend giving them a call for your light cleaning all the way to the tough stuff. Thanks ECC for making this move so much better.
