Cathy was our cleaning service, she went above and beyond when we needed work done on the condo, she handled it. Kept us informed after each rental departure. Highly recommend her company.

I was disappointed in Bayside's services. Most of the issues I had could have been alleviated if there was a supervisor checking behind cleaners to make sure all was in order. For example, on occasion the cleaners would leave 4 towels in the bathroom and only 1 wash cloth. The bath mats were not replaced between guest visits. The bedspread was pulled all over to one side of the bed and touching the floor, meanwhile, the other side was not covered by the bedspread. The balcony had little piles of sand from the previous guest. The cleaning piece was sufficient, but attention to details was lacking.
