Home Services reviews in Pelham, Alabama

John has treated our property for the last two seasons, and I highly recommend him to others. Very friendly and professional. His work is guaranteed and he stands behind it.

Steel City has always gone above and beyond in their service. They let us know when they're coming, they make sure to take care of the animals, their billing is accurate, and the come out for additional treatments when the rain washed away their work. We've used them for 2 years and will continue to do so.

I absolutely love this company. After using multiple competitors in past and not being satisfied, I have finally found the right fit.

They always come immediately and fix all my issues. They are professional, on time & get the job done. Best company ever!

I use Steel City for both Mosquito Control and Pest Control. They have gotten both issues under control where others could not. They are responsive, polite and professional. I have already recommended them to friends of mine.

Steel City Mosquito did a great job for us keeping the mosquitos out of our yard. They communicate with you very well. I highly recommend them.

Incredible experience! Jerry was thorough and extremely knowledgeable. He was in and out! Very efficient.

Professional. Courteous. Knowledgeable. Their personal service makes me highly recommend them over the large pest control company I previously used.

My husband & I have been so pleased with the service we’ve received from Steel City mosquito & Pest Control. We’ve been notified the day before & within 30 minutes of their arrival each time. Always friendly & effective service!

With the bigger companies, I just felt like an address in their computer system. With Steel City, I am treated as a valued customer! They text me with any issues or concerns, and I know I can always reach out to them and get an immediate response!

John was incredible..I had a special circumstance for my farm and John came up with a solution that worked for me. He is definitely customer service oriented and would recommend this company. I have used 3 different companies of the past 5 years and none can come close to this one.

Steel City Mosquito is a fantastic local company with a very personable and professional owner. the service technicians are timely and the customer service is far above what most companies have to offer.

Steel City Mosquito responded to my call and got out to my house in the same day! I had a big problem with ant hills all over my yard and ever since I called Steel City Mosquito and they came out I haven’t seen a single ant hill! They do amazing work and are extremely professional. If any other pest control problems come up, I will be calling SCM again!

I'll be honest and doubted that the service would work. But I spend a lot of my time outside working on my yard and letting the little ones run around in their bathing suits. And they've not had the mosquito attacks thankfully. I also really appreciate that they let us know about 15 minutes before they come to do the service. I have to say it really works.
UPDATE: they helped us out with a bug infestations and really put the effort in to make sure it was complete. Good service values....

Veteran and locally owned. The products that they use work. Their prices are competitive. They have excellent service. Will send a text or email to let you know in advance when they’re showing up and when they leave. I highly recommend them.

John and his team did an amazing job. They were professional, efficient, and explain their services and products! I highly recommend this business.

John and his crew are amazing. No issues with pests and they are always so professional and treat your home as if it was their own… John is a Patriot and I’m going to keep this service as long as they provide it!

John and his guys are extremely professional and easy to work with! They always show up when they say they are and are great with communication. Making payments is easy and we love enjoying our outdoors with out mosquitos!

Steel City Pest Control has been great to work with in every interaction across mosquito spraying and home pest control. Would highly recommend!
