Excellent customer service. Called to schedule an appointment and spoke with a live human being, Shannon if I recall correctly....professional service techs were at my door in less than an hour the same day. Excellent face to face, phone, text and email communication. I had 3 large pieces of furniture thouroughly cleaned and treated. Process was completed in about an hour. Upholstery looks brand new again. Outstanding transaction from start to finish...how refreshing....Happy to highly recommend without reservation. Thank you Dad's....I greatly appreciate your time and efforts.

Pick up was on schedule, a text was received letting me know the truck was on the way, the guys were courteous, ensured furniture and walls were not damaged and worked quickly to finish.

Mike and Mike cleaned my bedrooms today. They were very efficient with the cleaning process. They also repaired a hump in the carpet. I would recommend DAD’S Carpet for your carpet cleaning.
