Overall was disappointed with the experience. I had a high water bill for a rental property and asked the plumber to do a leak check. They went to the property and checked one of the units but not the other even though my tenant was home and waiting for them to come in. Rather than check the units, they said I had a leak under my foundation and told me I would need a special company to use special equipment to locate the leak under the cement - a company that charges $720 for their visit. The leak detection came out, went into the unit and immediately identified that my tenant’s toilet was running non stop. Hundreds of dollars later, the toilet was fixed with the installation of a new flapper valve.

Crew was quickly mobilized to check on a water heater leak we had. Quickly identified the problem and resolved the issue. Answered all my questions in a helpful and friendly manner, and were on their way.

American Home Shield sent DrainGo to fix our leaking faucet. The main cut off valve in the house didn’t cut the water off completely so the water would have to be cut off at the road. The tech went to the road and looked and said that he couldn’t cut it off at the road due to the positioning of the valve and said that he would call his manager to see if it was our responsibility to fix this or the city water. He came back and said that it was our responsibility to fix it and gave us a quote for $1300 to dig up the line, move it, etc. We called our city water every day for 3 weeks to try to get someone to come look at it (because it actually was their valve, contrary to what we were told by DrainGo). They finally came and said there was nothing wrong with it and turned the water off. We ended up getting Latta plumbing to come and (after weeks of our faucet dripping, trying to resolve a non-existent problem) they were able to fix it immediately. Because DrainGo originally gave us the wrong information, our problem took weeks to resolve. The tech said multiple times that he couldn’t touch this valve or that one because he would be liable if it broke, and I’m certain he didn’t actually try to cut our water off at the road, and only looked at it to decide it wouldn’t work. Based on my experience I would not recommend this company.

The two men that came to my house were very nice and thorough. They found another problem and took care of it as well. I would recommend them to other people.

They were friendly and knowledgeable. They arrived early and completed our water heater install fairly quickly. They left the area clean and neat. The service was great! We highly recommend Drain Go for any plumbing needs.

Not the best service. David was very insistent that my toilets were too old. When in fact they have been working fine until I had the issue of not flushing all the way. He subsequently was able to to fix the issue, but did not check to see if everything worked.
I had to call him back.
He then suggested that I get new handles. Which was not the case.

Both plumbers that came to my house were very friendly. They figured out the problem quickly and explained what needed to be done and how to maintain the equipment. I'm thankful my home warranty matched us. I want to get them to help me with more stuff in the future.

2 guys showed up got authorization to begin work, and went right to work after I explained my issue. One man worked the other stayed outside. He ran the snake way down into the line until he did not get any more resistance. He reassembled my pipes under the sink and ran water for 1 or 3 minutes with no backup as I had prior to them arriving. The gentleman was courteous and knowledgeable. He wiped up the mess under my sink and told me thank you for using drainage and left.
