Gene took care of our leak. He took time to explain what had to be done. After taking safety precautions , getting the proper utilitie companies to mark their lines. He fixed the pipe that was causing the problem.

I had the pleasure of having Antron install a fan for me. He did a phenomenal job, answered any and every question I bombarded him with and was very professional. He was by far the most knowledgeable electrician I’ve come across and would highly recommend him to any and everyone. I will be sure to ask for him the next time I need something. Overall he did a wonderful job.

Dunn’s HVAC, plumbing, and electrical were responsive and available same day I called for service. My technician name’s was Jordan. He is punctual, thorough, knowledgeable in the services. He explained as he went along and showed pictures of the issue and a pictures after he repaired it. Service was reasonably priced. Jordan was very professional and answered all the questions that I had. I would recommend Dunn’s HVAC, and Jordan as the tech.

We felt William was very knowledgeable and explained the process not only the HVAC services. He also took time to tell us about the whole home membership program that including the plumbing electrician, and the HVAC service that you provided. When he arrived we were met with a hand shaking, introduction, as well as acknowledgment. Now this is the cherry on top before entering our home, he put those little blue booties on his shoes that ment he respected our home and he also respected us because he also called us by name. And when it came to the whole house maintenance membership services, he didn’t try to strong arm us neither did it come across as an salesman that the buyers can’t get one word in and just over talking them. No, he was very professional.

We had what seemed at first like a small issue with a clogged toilet. It ended up being a much bigger issue that required re-plumbing connections to the septic tank and cutting through the bathroom floor and concrete slab to replace the plumbing. Because we had to remove the toilet, tub and vanity in order to get to the plumbing, we decided to renovate the bathroom at the same time. Jacob W and Billy H were prompt and worked for hours to get through the thick slab to repair the plumbing. They poured concrete to close up the area and replaced and rerouted the tub/shower and vanity plumbing. Because we have cast-iron plumbing, we had them replace the plumbing from the kitchen sink to the septic tank as well. There was a lot of dust and debris after the slab was opened up and they made sure that all the broken concrete was removed and cleaned up all the dust and dirt. They made sure that no dirt/debris were tracked through the hallway to the outside door, which is something I expect but haven't always seen with other companies doing home repair work. Jacob returned for additional visits by himself and was prompt to arrive when he was scheduled, return any calls I had , and answered any questions professionally and quickly. After the new shower and vanity were installed, Jacob returned to install the toilet and set the shower and vanity fixtures. He was always very friendly, professional, and informative during the process, making sure we understood what he was doing. He told us which extra parts (for faucet) that we needed to keep in case of future repair needs and also made sure that the hot water temperature was to our liking before finishing up the job. I highly recommend Dunn's and will definitely request Jacob for any additional plumbing needs.

They were very prompt and professional. Even had a situation that wasn't their's but was able to fix it and didn't charge extra.I would definitely recommend them.

Tim and his team are very responsive. They quickly came out and repaired our ac system. Valley Heating and Air is prompt, courteous, and reasonably priced. I recommend for any of your HVAC needs.

David, a top shelf professional from Valley Heating & Air has been our Technician for many years. He communicates his arrival, thoroughly checks & cleans equipment outside, basement and attic. Tells us what he finds or doesn’t. We have not had an issue between visits where he needed to come out and fix anything = total peace of mind.
