My experience with the residential service was great. He was on time, communicated well, and completed the work in a professional manner. We added two circuit breakers and two outlets with about 50 feet of wire for 675.

The team arrived before the apppointment time and started promptly. I showed them the issues and they went to work and quickly diagnosed the issues. They quickly got my garbage disposal working and the other circuits "hot". There was an apprentice being trained by the head elelctrician. Electrician took time to explain the "what, where and when".

I am grateful for the service I received from Baily Electrical. I received a notice that my electrical panel may be defective, and within two days, my panel had been inspected by an electrician to make sure it wasn’t a safety hazard. We used Chandler Bailey and his crew for our new construction home! We are so pleased with every job they did for us! Including plugs in the drawers of our bathroom cabinets, can lights in our living room, ceiling fans under our back carport and front porch area! We had power surge issues and used BEST LLC electrical. They came right out and provided an estimate and that’s exactly what it cost when they completed the job. They were no extra hidden cost. Very honest she performed an excellent job. They kept us updated during the entire process of getting permits etc they handled it all I didn’t have the stress of getting permits calling power company. They did it all. They even trimmed limbs so that if they broke the limb wouldn’t tear down power lines no extra cost. We prayed for a good honest company and thankful for this company

Outstanding Experience - Bailey's Electrical sets a new standard for service and quality!!! We had them wire a 100 amp sub panel to our garage to feed a 50 amp RV outlet. Chandler was prompt providing us with an estimate and proposed to do the work just a few days later. It was a difficult run and they were polite, professional and most importantly, did immaculate work. This is the best experience I have ever had working with a tradesman. We built a new home. We had another electrician start off with the rough-ins , and was supposed to finish the job. When he walked off the job with a majority of the money, we called Bailey electrical for a quote. They came out and did a complete home inspection to find the sub par job of the previous electrician. They not only gave me a quote to fix the entire house. They gave me the documents needed to prove that the previous electrician, creative fire hazards throughout the home. I was even encouraged by them to get other quotes. They encourage Maid to make sure I got the value that I deserved. They were very punctual every day they were here doing the work. At any time that I needed to ask a question they answered the phone and all of my questions. They did not overcharge me. They kept me in the loop with every step of the way. They made sure the home was not only safe to live in but we could use the electricity in every room safely. Their knowledge was extensive and greatly appreciated. They went above and beyond fixing every problem we had. My only regret was not hiring them first. If I ever build an another home, I will call them first thing. Whenever I have an electrical issue their number is in my phone. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY!!!!!

We recently had a tree fall and take down power lines from our home. Chandler and his team were quick to respond, understood our needs and had new lines and power box installed on our home quickly and efficiently. Chandler is professional, knowledgeable and was empathetic to the fact that we were without power. Josh, Danny and Caleb came out to perform a service rebuild for me. They were on time or early both days and knocked my job out in half the time I was quoted. Mr. Bailey was very professional and handled all of the service drop and release so that I did not have to worry about being without power. This company has went above and beyond to ensure I am not without power or displaced during the process. Their name says it all, they are simply the BEST. I picked up their flyer at a coffee shop in Pell city, and immediately checked their reviews on Google. ALL GOOD!
The owner, Chandler answers his own phone, no receptionist to get past. He immediately scheduled my estimate, and Drew, came out to assess what I needed. The estimate was fast, and the MOST reasonable quote I got on a rather large residential restoration job on my 100 yr old home. Originally expecting it to take at least 2 days, Chandler came out personally, with a crew of 3 great electricians, and they actually finished the whole job in one day, including having the city come out to cut the power while they replaced my panel and sub panel, among a list of other repairs. Then Drew stayed on site until the city came out to restore the power.
The guys were even very patient with my escaped barn cat that was underfoot all day long, and kept the barn heater plugged in on the truck so they other barn inmates would stay warm in the cold. I can't recommend Bailey's Electrical Services and Technicians, LLC highly enough! I couldn't ask for a more professional experience. Btw, they work under the 2020 electrical code, most up to date out there!

Incredible service, completed our multiple light installations in a very reasonable time. Responded to our request quickly - came out to our house within a week of reaching out to them. The technician talked with me about each light’s height and direction to be sure I was pleased with it before completing each installation. We will definitely be using Bailey’s again for future electrical needs in our home.

BEST electric made my outdoor lights a breeze! I had BEST electric install two pole lights in the yard of my business along with several outside outlets and a whole new panel for it all! They were quick, fair priced and did an awesome job! I recommend them to anyone!
