I just had Nathan out today and he did a follow up inspection and cleaning on my 1 year old HeatPump AC system. Everything seems to be fine. Outside unit was cleaned because it was very dirty. Very pleased with the service and treatment from them.
Bet you would be too. Call them Ideal Choice Heating and Air.

Jeremy and his team are the BEST in town. I called two of the 24 hour numbers and waited on both of them all night just for them to no call no show. When I called ideal choice, they helped me in minutes and had me fixed up in no time. They’re my go to from now on.

If I could give more stars I would. Jeremy came out, after hours and helped diagnose an issue I was having within 30 minutes. Extremely personable, professional, and realistic. I Will be referring my friends/family to this company in the future. Thanks again Jeremy!

My experience with Ideal was excellent. My initial phone call was answered by a very professional lady, who listened my my a/c problem. She scheduled my appointment with a HVAC technician and walked me through the process.
I was contacted by the tech (Mason) regarding the problem and he arrived on schedule to my home
He listened to my problem and quickly went to work on the unit. Even though it was pouring rain ,he continued to work at diagnosing the problem and was able to find the problem.
He explained it to me and assured me that he would quickly order the fan motor and return when he received it ,install it.
I understand that air conditioner fan motors are not just laying around and have to be ordered.
I know he will obtain the fan motor and install it ASAP.

As usual they were superb. (Jeremy) was very patient and understanding with us..even though we received some bad news about our AC unit. It stopped working yesterday, so I called the the office and spoke with Ms. Zully, who was very nice and understanding. I told her what our problem was and Jeremy arrived the very next day. After a quick and thorough inspection of our outside unit, he told us that we need a compressor, which is expensive for us hard working class (we both are retired now due to unforseen medical reasons) couple of 36 yrs of marriage. Jeremy was sooo knowledgeable and quick with his job. They ALL are that works for Ideal. I would also like to acknowledge Ms. Zully again for being so kind and patient with me on yesterday. Can someone please at least treat her to lunch or something...because she deserves recognition too and a 5 star rating from us. I continue to recommend Ideal Heating and Cooling to everyone, as usual. Thanks again guys for being there for us AGAIN. Very thorough and honest. They came and quickly figured out what happened to my system and explained the process going forward. I will do business with them again and enroll in their maintenance program. Great people!
