David was on time. He called when he was on his way.
Took great detail in the service of all 3 units.
Had to replace a breaker on unit. A little over priced for a breaker. But, I dont do attics anymore. -

I have had only good experiences with Riley since I began using them. My outside AC unit had stopped working, so I contacted them for a service call. They sent Technician Gage out the very next day. He was able to ascertain that the issue was merely a disconnected wire, which he repaired. He was friendly and speedy and knowledgeable. I am also glad to have a VIP account with Riley, as I enjoy priority service calls and pay way less for that privilege. Plus, I feel more secure having 2x per year regular maintenance calls included. Highly recommend!
