Phenix City 30psi waterpressure is a joke. This company gave me what I needed for clean clothes and dishes. They are always available to answer any questions before, during, and after service. Seth came out to change the filter on my whole house water filter. He was on time and so friendly and efficient, it was a pleasure to have him do the job. I’ll definitely call Ben Franklin again when I need a plumber.

We had water leaking from our ceiling and Seth came on a Friday evening and took the time to explain what was wrong and help us. He was very professional and went above and beyond what was expected.
