I called Davis on Monday, spoke with Connie, and she set us up for Tuesday. She was overly nice and helpful! In fact the gentlemen that I spoke with when calling back was also extremely nice and helpful! Decarius came out on time, did a fantastic job, leaving my yard intact, neat, and clean!!! Again taking the time to answer all our questions. I am overly impressed with all aspects! This First time customer was treated with respect and kindness!!! Bravo!!!!

Saturday - Mother’s day wkd! Water backed up in our tubs, showers, and toilets. My call was answered by the owners of the company, husband and wife Alan and Pam. Pam gave me an appropriate price quote upfront over the phone for them to come pump the septic tank. They arrived within an hour with a huge truck pulling a tractor. Very impressive industrial equipment! Alan used the tractor to dig with great skill and ease. He quickly identified and fixed all problems and issues. We had our bathroom all back to normal within and hour or so. I couldn't be happier with the response, knowledge, and overall performance. Its refreshing to have received such outstanding service in this day and age. I recommend 10/10 using this company.

Great company. They came within an hour of our emergency. AND on a busy Labor Day Weekend! Kevin did a great and thorough job. He even took the time to explain how our system worked and the best ways we can help maintain it. These guys have our permanent gratitude and business for sure!!!

I overestimated the timing of getting our septic pumped and with that said we started to have issues today which is on Sunday.. Allen stopped what he was doing to come pump our septic tank. He was very professional and honest with questions we had. We have only used this company since we had our house built in 2006. I highly recommend using them.

This is my new septic sytem repair company. Impressed with this company. Kevin troubleshooted several areas in order to track down the problem. Thinking I may need a new pump, as my pump alarm went off during the night and the pump is approaching 10 years of age, I was excited to find out the wiring in the pump tank was corroded due to moisture and I did not have to replace the pump. $$. Kevin was professional and explained the process as he was working through it. Davis Concrete, what an awesome employee you have. Thank you John for receiving my call and doing exactly what you told me you'd do. You called me back within 10 minutes telling me you'd have someone out in the afternoon. I'll be recommending you to all my friends.

We've called Davis twice for two different residents this year, and received great service! Once for a tank inspection, and pump out, and once for a a pump out. Both times they were friendly, responsive, and quick to handle the job.

Excellent service. My system was backing up in the house. I called around 5 in the afternoon and they worked me in the following morning. Eli is a great technician. I definitely recommend Davis!

I called around 835am on a Monday morning to inquire about possibly having my septic tank serviced today, over the weekend I experienced a backup inside my toilet and bathtubs. The customer service lady was very attentive and listened to my concerns. She could not give me a definite answer then but advised me that she would check and see what was on the schedule and give me a callback. She did call within 5 minutes and advised me that they had a technician already in my neighborhood and once he finished his first job he would go empty and then return to service my septic. At 1115am Technician Eli arrived very professional and informative young man who stated that he had only been doing this type of work for a short period, but you couldn't tell. I was weary when he had only a shovel and a probe to dig for the septic tank but it was like he had calibrated eyes once he discovered the size of the tank, with his probe. Then he dugged and opened both ends of the septic tank. When the septic tank was empty he replaced the caps on the tank and filled the holes in. What I liked most about ELI was that when his suction hose got clogged he only had about three more inches to suction, I feel that most would have said "that ado" I watched Eli troubleshoot his equipment by disconnecting hoses till they were unclogged and reconnecting them and going back in to get those other three inches of sewage. Eli is a very disciplined young man, next time I will ask for him by name. Price was at a competitive rate.

I had my septic system back up over the weekend(Saturday) and in a panic. I called this company and they came right out to fix the issue within the hour of me calling. The owner himself came out and worked and it took quite a bit of time. He was super friendly and very personable and professional. They came back out today(Monday) to finish the install of risers so that we don’t have to dig up our yard again the next time this happens. I can’t tell you how much he and his company put my mind at ease. My family and I really appreciate it. They will be our go to company! They even set up a reminder call to give us a call when it’s time to have our system pumped again

The staff at Davis Concrete Products were phenomenal. This was our second time using their services. We had a septic system issue and we’re immediately scheduled for a service. Kevin called to verify someone would be home and asked about our problem. In less than 10 minutes on the phone he diagnosed our problem and even offered to walk me through how to fix it. Called for servicing our home’s septic tank on short notice after some unexpected issues in our home. I was able to get on the phone with their office first thing in the morning and was able to get same day service. The pump truck and technician called ahead of the estimated arrival time and arrived right on time ready to go. Pumping and cleaning our tank took under an hour. Our technician was professional and courteous and was able to answer all my questions regarding our septic system. Highly recommended, and we plan on continuing to schedule future services with Davis!

Eli came out within 24hrs of the call, we are moving and wanted to get the septic system certified. Very polite, chatted with the kiddos and educated us on the inner works of the septic tank!
