Decking pavers are sinking into the soil due to lack of proper compaction no warrnty we have called the office may times - always the same story "someone will get back with you.
Storm last night has filled the pool to almost over full called Blue Haven office an told the over full drain should have prevented overfilling. we requested a warranty repair since the pool is still under warranty. Was told we would have to pay for a service call, and no one was available and no sense of urgency on their part. Considering if the pool overflows the liner would be ruined and the plywood form would become waterlogged

Our salesperson Chess did a fantastic job with presenting the features and benefits of Blue Haven pools which was more professional than any other pool companies Which only want to sell PRICE vs. VAUE which were not always lower in price. The pool is beautiful and is all that Chase sold us on. The true value is Filtration system whch never has to be "Back flushed" which is low maintenance and lot less in chemical needs.Before making a purchase decision with another pool company compare filtration system in annual chemical material cost and labor time to perform maintenance. Blue Haven truly has a more economical system.
The intallation process was a nightmare - be advised thier installation manager Austin promises are not always trueful and weak on delivery.
We had to hold up final payment in order to get the mess cleaned up in our driveway including oil spills
In spite of Austin we are very please wth our Blue Haven Pool.

We have been very disappointed with the lack of support and follow‑through from this company. Before installation, we were given incorrect information by the salesman, which led to major issues in our backyard. We had to put in a full drainage system along with a retaining wall to fix the problems caused. The company did reimburse us for the material and retaining wall, but only after I posted a review. I was then asked to take down the review in exchange for payment, and I honored that request.
Now we are experiencing a liner issue, and despite reaching out multiple times to the owner, office staff, and different employees, we continue to be given the runaround with no resolution. We did not charge them for the drainage system—even though we should have—and we simply expected our liner issue to be handled professionally.
It’s extremely frustrating to invest this much money into a pool only to struggle for basic support. It feels like the only way to get a response is to leave a negative review, which is a very disappointing experience. I hope the company decides to improve its customer service moving forward.
