OUTSTANDING SERVICE!!! - Although the owner was on medical leave he still took the time to answer my call, assist me as much as he could, and even better acknowledge that he was not well versed in my particular item instead of providing fluff and sending me on a wild goose chase. He's dedication to someone that he KNEW he would not make a dime from impresses me and I WILL be using him in the future!

Jim is simply the best. We've used him for many years. His work is excellent and his prices are fair. No wonder he stays so busy!

My freezer suddenly stopped working. (It was dead in the water as Jim put it) After calling Tyson's Appliance Services and setting up an appointment. Jim called the morning of the appointment date and asked if he could come a little earlier then the appointed time ? (I was thinking to myself is a pig's ass pork) Yes, please do! Within 20 minutes of being on the job Jim not only knew what the problem was but he had it repaired. For all your appliance repairs look no further then Tyson's Appliance Services. I will definitely use again if needed.

Our experience with Tyson was excellent. We are a non-profit here in Baldwin County and we run a food pantry. We had a big chest freezer donated to us that did not seem to get cold. Tyson came out and told us that it was not worth fixing and did not charge us for the service call. What a relief for our organziation. Thanks you Mr. Tyson.

Called and spoke to a representative. Instead of immediately scheduling to have someone come out she tried to help over the phone. She went through everything with me what it could be and what to do to possibly help. I will call them back if this doesn’t work and will recommend this business to anyone! Jim Tyson has been helping us with this kind of stuff for many years. He is skillful, experienced and absolutely trustworthy. A straighter arrow never flew. I looked this up to get his telephone number and would not pass up an opportunity to comment. He is great!

Jim was very informative and professional. We enjoyed the experience. We had one pump go out in our dishwasher. It was the drainage pump. He fixed it with an hour and it runs like brand new again. Much appreciated, that's for sure, a busy mom of seven needs a working dishwasher! I would recommend Tyson's Appliance repair to anyone!! :)

You will not find a more honest and caring repair service. Made 3 trips testing each repair before charging as my issue was on a new fridge that was controlled by a motherboard. After installing a motherboard I had to call him to pay because he wanted to make sure it fixed the problem before charging. The bill was more than fair. This level of service is not common these days and should be rewarded with the best of review!

I'm so happy to have found Tyson's. It wasn't a crucial repair, but Jim still made it out within a couple days. As it turned out the teeth on the ice maker were bent, not allowing the ice to drop down. I was only charged for a service call, which was $95. As a family-owned business they will definitely be my go-to appliance repair company. It was a pleasure doing business with Jim and his wife.

I called and spoke with a very smart woman. I do not remember her name. She asked my problem offered an option that might save me a tech visit. She was awesome and I would highly recommend Tyson's. Knowledgeable, professional and so very patient with me. Lol...I admitted I am rotary phone challenged. Tyson's thank you!!

We were a little concerned about calling for repair as we are new to the area and had bad experiences in our old home, but we could not be happier with Tyson's. They came out earlier than the original time (they called first to make sure this would be convenient with us), listened carefully to the description of the problem, inspected the dishwasher thoroughly, and clearly communicated our options. In addition to being very professional and efficient, they are just nice, kind people. We are so thankful to have found them and will be calling them for any future needs we may have. We would highly recommend this company to anyone.

If I could leave 10 stars I would! From the first phone call I made to this company, I received A++++ service. I spoke to Jim's wife first (very nice, knowledgeable lady) who tried her best to help me resolve my fridge issue but unfortunately there was a bigger problem that I didn't realize. She was able to get Jim to come out just a couple days later, which was a way quicker response than any other appliance service, and he fixed the problem immediately. He already had the part available. Several days later he returned with a part to fix another issue with our fridge water lines that we'd been dealing with for about a month. Jim was super nice and very personable. He doesn't act like a know it all even though he DOES know a lot. We were charged a very fair amount and felt extremely satisfied with the quality of work we received. I would not hesitate to call Tyson's again. As a matter of fact they are officially my go to appliance service for life!!!
