Corey and his team take so much pride in what they do. The quality of their work is top notch. They are both professional and conscious of their customer's needs. They put many safety protocols in place during the pandemic to ensure their customers were and still are safe and comfortable while they are in their home. They were also punctual and very responsive when I had questions. This company is the best heating and air business around.

They were backed up, but I still waited while my house was 83° inside. Corey came about 8:00 pm and got us taken care of, and it was affordable. It was a simple fix, but he could've easily told us it was anything. They're always honest and affordable. I'd rather no one else touch our unit.

Woke up to find our heat was not running, so called Glasgow. Hunter came out this afternoon and ID’d the problem. Thankfully the part is still under warranty! We have always used Glasgow for HVAC service.

REVISED!!
A couple days after posting my review on google a technician got back with me. After a lengthy conversation he apologized for there mistakes as well as refunded me back my money. I truly do appreciate you guys refunding me my money but most importantly OFFERING AN APOLOGY. ANYBODY can make a mistake but is what you do after that matters. It showed me the kind of company you guys really are and I hope you continue that modus operandi. I would DEFINITELY give them another chance if I was to have another problem with my system.

I was told my burners or inducer motor was causing a rollout switch to trip. I question there call but they assure me it had to be either burners or inducer motor. Assuming they were professionals I gave them the benefit of the doubt. I even agree to maintenance plan which cost me a total $159. After x amount of days they came back to install the burners but was told the wrong item was shipped to them. I was later called and told they did not supply more parts for my unit due to its aged. That a NEW SYSTEM would be the best way to go OF COURSE THEY WOULD. I decided to take upon myself to look for parts. I came across some burners online and install them myself but problem was still there. ASSUMING THERE DIAGNOSTIC was right, I was about to order an inducer motor since I was TOLD it would either be burners or inducer motor. I decided check the system myself before I spend that kind of money on an inducer motor. SURPRISE SURPRISE after giving it a THOROUGH inspection I found a crack in the heat exchanger in a spot with no easy access that would have taken some PROPER DIAGNOSING that should’ve been no problem to them. I swap the heat exchanger myself and my furnace is running like a champ again. Even after I share the pictures with there technician NO REFUND, NO APOLOGY NO NOTHING was offer. VERY DISAPPOINTED other than there politeness when they came to my house WORST EXPERIENCE EVER save your money call someone else.

Justin came out and preformed our yearly maintenance and did a great job. He is a credit to all of the fine work we always get from Glasgow Heating and Air !!

When the cold snap hit I didn’t have heat and Glasgow heating came same day and fixed issue , Jeremy was a great technician and very friendly signed up maintenance plan to keep in good working order , great company and great employees, thank you !! William
