Trey Puckett and Preston Key worked diligently to get my new whole house natural gas generator installed yesterday (6/30). They were professional and thorough, especially dealing with some anomalies with the wiring for my old generator. Waiting for the inspection and then for Diverse Power to turn my power back on made it a very long day for them (and for me - no tv, no internet, just my cell phone! 😊). Howard came to service our generator. They did a through job of checking the system and performing all the required maintenance task. I also had them to install an whole house surge suppressor to protect the generator and all the appliances and HVAC systems. I have always been very happy with the work that Able Electric has performed for me, and today was no exception. Thanks Howard!

Needed to hire an expert after failing to identify the problem and Abel showed up the next day to help me discern my circuit panel problems. I am grateful that though my panel was failing their staff was able to offer a solution that brought me safety and stable power again. I so appreciate the dedication to helping me resolve my issue the same day and a circuit panel replacement is no small feat but they took it on during a Friday afternoon and Ben and Hunter gave me confidence that things were going to get resolved quickly. Robbie showing up to assist impressed me as he knew exactly what was needed next to keep things on a good pace for a quick upgrade. Very thankful for an affordable solution on a moments notice, will be giving them a call again for future electrical needs!

Trey and Preston were professional, competent, and patient as they installed our generator. They were very courteous in responding to our questions and desired placement of the equipment. They also were courteous in letting us know about their needs as they completed their work (power outage, etc). Abel Electric came out to my house to change out receptacles and light fixtures after my house caught fire. These wonderful people did this free of charge for me because, as a single parent and no homeowners insurance and after a fire, I had absolutely no idea what to do and no money to do it!
Jessica set up my appointments and was professional and friendly!
Johnathan came out first, took pictures and talked with me about what happened, prayed with me, and made me feel at ease almost immediately. They sent Hunter and Greg, and these two young men were absolutely fabulous! They were extremely friendly. They seemed genuinely concerned about what happened and told me they would get me back up and running. They were efficient and very knowledgeable. I can't recommend Abel Electric enough. These people are good Christian people from the owners all the way down to the staff. They are unmatched! God sent me the best! Praise God!!

I have nothing but positive things to say about Abel Groups! They built my house, everyone I came into contact with was very nice and professional. Even after I moved in, they had no problem coming back out and checking things! Dustin has been great to work with! I would definitely recommend them to everyone!

Called early in morning and they were Abel to send someone out within two hours. Tested outlets and correctly found plug in series of plug chain that was burned out. Very professional and friendly. Will be who I call again for my electric needs.

Trey and Preston did an outstanding job on my Generac 14kw Generator install today. They answered all my questions and did a good cleanup afterwards. They both were very professional and courteous.Also would like to add that HOWARD did a great job (5 STARS) going over the operation of the Generator and answered all my questions. Excellent service if I could give 10 stars i would. Tree fell on power line in the middle of night power company cut my power off, I call Abel electric they was so nice to come out and assist at 10 at night such an amazing company they fix the problem and had me up and going. Our Generac generator installation was outstanding from start to finish. Trey and Preston handled the installation. They were neat, efficient and everything was done exactly as promised. I also had the pleasure of speaking with Don, Brant and one other fellow whose name I can't remember. All of the team was awesome, answered every question and I highly recommend this company for Generac installation or any other electrical needs. It’s a great feeling knowing that our home is protected and we couldn’t be happier with the service.

I sent an email to Abel because my usual generator service company told me they couldn't fix my problem. I got a response within an hour. I had an appointment for the next day and Mr Hornsby came and evaluated my unit, fooled around with the fuel diaphragm and had it running in 5 minutes. He told me that it might have be replaced but call him and he would get it done. It's been a long time since I have had service like this from any company. I'll use them from now on for my yearly service and look forward to a long relationship. Nice people. They deserve more praise that I can give them.
