Johnson Heating and Cooling replaced the windows and sliding glass door at our house. Not only are the prices reasonable with a very friendly staff, they are serious about customer satisfaction!
The sales team was very informative and took the time to make sure we understood their products making the experience of learning the cost differences related to product options easy.
The installation crew was right on time and obviously professionals at their craft. We were (and still are) impressed with their attention to detail and motivation to do the job right while making sure we were satisfied with the results.

They ordered part to repair heat. Finally today I was told by Lisa that my unit is too old to get part (i had to call them). Funny I found it online & in Huntsville.. They appear to only be interested in sales.
Update: called one of their competitors. Came out today & fixed unit in less than 20 minutes. It wasn't what Johnson tried to rip me off with. I am so upset! Left me without heat for 2 weeks when you could have just fixed it to start with. -

They said they ordered a part and I've been sitting here freezing for over a week waiting for it to come in. They call today and say that they can't find the part so I just need to buy a new unit. How can you not "find" the part if you already ordered it a week ago??? They just want money. Ridiculous!
Update 1 year later: Blevins A/C and Electric came out to fix it after Johnson Heating and Cooling tried to pull that greedy stunt. Blevins fixed the problem for only around $70. It's been a year since this happened and my unit still doesn't need to be replaced. Don't call Johnson.
