Our new roof was completed in a timely manner and the work was excellent. Jacob, the owner, was diligent in dealing with our insurance company and providing detailed documentation to them that ensured all we paid toward the cost was our deductible. It was such a relief to have him handle all the details! I would recommend Stormco without hesitation to anyone looking for a roofing company!

When our roof needed replacing we were intimidated about finding a roofer, you hear so many horror stories about shady companies but after calling Stormco Roofing and Restoration and having the owner, Jacob Phillips come out and go over everything with us we felt totally confident in turning our project over to Jacob and we have not been disappointed. Jacob is very knowledgeable and professional, he handled the insurance company for us which took all the stress off of myself and my husband. Great experience with Jake. I called and he came out the same day to look at my roof. He showed me a hail map and photos on my roof showing I had hail damage. I had no idea. He handled the entire process and explained the process so it was easy to understand. I only had to pay my deductible and Stormco took care of the rest. Thanks Jake for making the process so easy!!

Had an amazing experience with Jacob Phillips from Stormco. We started shopping around for a local small business that was licensed and bonded to replace our current roof after repeated weather damage. We also needed someone willing to come onsite within a reasonable time frame and deliver a fair quote. After hearing personal testimonies from coworkers about the quality of the work, Stormco easily fit all the criteria.

Jacob is an honest down to earth guy who is very knowledgeable about roofing and the insurance process. He answered our questions readily and was very comfortable navigating insurance claims.

After he visited and gave our roof a good look, we got a very fair price on a new roof. He was very responsive through the whole process.

We appreciated that he considered our pets. He made sure we knew just how loud it would be inside and he made sure we were able to find adequate boarding before he scheduled the job.

Our roof was replaced fast with minimal inconvenience. Pictures were taken of the full process and we have picture portfolio for exactly what work was done. With hurricane season approaching, we are sleeping easier with our beautiful, solid, new roof.

Earlier in 2024, my home was hit by a tornado. I struggled at first to find a contractor, but I am incredibly grateful that I found Jacob and Stormco. Jacob resolved the entirety of my claim, not just the roof. As someone who’s been an insurance adjuster for years, I can confidently say Jacob made some of the most detailed and professional reports/estimates i’ve seen. He got my roof replaced easily, and made the entire claim process so much easier. Stormco does good, honest work in a timely and professional manner. Cannot recommend them enough!

Our experience Jacob , the owner made us feel like we really made the right choice .
After some storm damage our insurance carrier gave us a little push back and wanted to repair our roof instead of replace but while having Stormco as our expert representation we were able to convince our insurance carrier to pay for a whole new roof . Our only out of pocket was our insurance deductible ($3300) which was a blessing to use as this saved us from spending over $25,000 on our new roof . We couldn’t be more thankful for our beautiful roof .

Jake and his crew did a fantastic job on our roof repair. This leak has been nagging us for years and we thought after we had a new roof installed we were good. But that wasn’t the case. I saw Jake’s truck in our neighborhood so I called him to see what he could do. He came by the next day and climbed up on the roof and saw what we needed and later that night we had an estimate. They showed up as scheduled and knocked it out sending me pictures of the repair and its progress. Overall I would highly recommend Stormco! Oh, and his final bill came in $150 less than the quote! Who does that?!?

Took $4300. No roof. No refund. Months of excuses. Sheriff and State AG next stops.
