He replaced our broken ice maker and fixed a little problem with our dryer today. He came to look at our dishwasher & ice machine in our refrigerator on Monday. It was not dispensing ice from the door because it was stuck in a cycle and had stopped making ice. Daulton determined that the ice maker was broken beyond repair and needed to be replaced. He gave us a very good quote for the new ice maker which turned out to be less than we thought it might cost and he assured me that they only use brand new parts. We opted for the new ice maker and he ordered it immediately and said it would arrive within a few days which it did. And he spent a good amount of time here on Monday checking the ice maker & dishwasher but he did not charge me for two service calls which was nice, only one for today when he returned to do the actual work.

Our dishwasher had not been draining all the water out and there was several inches of water sitting in the bottom after it ran and the dishes were not drying. But for whatever reason it was no longer collecting water in the bottom the day he came to look at it. He said it might be a problem with the motor pump or drain but the drain was clear and since it appeared to be draining properly now perhaps there was a clog that had worked itself out of the drain. He said he could replace the motor & drain to prevent a recurrence of the problem but that they were expensive parts so he recommended we watch it for a few days and if it started backing up with water again we could address the problem when he returned to install the ice maker. And then he would have to take it apart and depending on which components were broken he said it might be more economical to get a new dishwasher. Fortunately the dishwasher is still working fine now but he could have easily advised us to go ahead and replace the motor so we were very impressed with his honesty and consideration for our cost. Daulton contacted me yesterday as soon as the ice maker came in and said he was available today to replace the broken one so we didn’t have to wait for another appointment. He did a great job and it didn’t take long at all. He even replaced the filter & water hose in the refrigerator for me because a reminder had popped up while he was checking the ice machine saying it was time to change the filter. 👍 I asked him if he would also take a look at our dryer today while he was here because it was making a rattling noise and he said no problem. He took it apart to look for the source of the noise. The motor was working fine and all the screws & bolts were tight but there is a metal compartment inside the dryer that catches loose lint that falls from the lint filter and it contained a lot of big lint balls. He cleared out all the lint debris and vacuumed the inside of the dryer really well and he also cleaned out the hose attached behind the dryer that leads to the external dryer vent and he even went outside and cleaned that out too. He said the lint balls might have been rolling around inside the dryer causing the noise and he was right because when he was finished and turned the dryer back on the noise was gone! He was obviously very knowledgeable & experienced in how appliances work, how to take them apart, make the necessary repairs and put them back together correctly. And he was very nice and patiently waited for me to vacuum & mop behind the fridge & dryer while they were pulled out. 😂 To sum up my experience with ASAP…we have no complaints whatsoever. It was easy and quick to get an appointment and easy to communicate with Daulton via text, he let me know when he was on the way and he kindly accommodated me when I needed to push back my scheduled appointment time this morning. Overall excellent service that went above & beyond my expectations and I will definitely call ASAP again for any appliances that need repaired in the future. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

ASAP (Daulton) definitely lived up to their name. He came out the day I called and professionally identified the problem with my microwave and fixed it on the spot. While there also helped me with my refrigerator ice maker. Knowledgeable, respectful, professional and reasonable in price. Will use for any future appliance problems.

Contacted ASAP, Dalton, this morning to repair my dishwasher. He returned my call within 5 minutes and was out to repair the dishwasher within the hour. He had it repaired within an hour at a very reasonable price. I will definitely use ASAP in the future. Could not ask for better service, Thanks Dalton!!!!

Even though it was New Years Eve week, Dalton still came by the Monday before New Year's Eve and came back and installed a new lock on my washing machine. He tightened by hoses for free because he noticed they were loose. Very nice and knowledgeable young man. I would definitely recommend and will use him again in the future. God Bless

ASAP Appliance Repair has bin fantastic. My washer needed a new pump and was repaired within an hour. The price was reasonable. We sure will use them in the future.
