DO NOT use this company!! I cannot even refer to it as a waste removal service because they do not remove waste. They have not serviced my area in over 3 weeks and when I call to complain, their answer is that they have too many customers and are unable to provide service to my area. They definitely had no problem charging me for the service that has yet to be rendered!
Only chose the 1 star in order to make this post!
I also want to mention Astrid... she is supposed to be the customer service manager!! huh! she wouldn't know customer service if it slapped her in the face!! -
