A split water heater exit line coupled with a defective turnoff valve over the weekend forced me to turn off water service at the street to my home. The nature of the leak kept me from temporarily turning water on to fill tanks. Southeast was recommended to me by a contractor so I called on Monday morning. Southeast had a full schedule yet managed to work my in that day.

I discovered an issue with a home I don't use much with a broken water pipe under my home. I was in panic mode being 1000 miles away. I called and spoke to Brannon who came out quickly. He located the leak. We agreed to a price. When he came out he discovered that there were two options that could fix the issue. I chose the better way. This company is so honest . The job ended being several hundred less then qoted. Very honest. Great people to do business with. 👍

Southeast leak detection found a water line leak under my slab and ran a new line through the attic very quickly with minimal damage. They were very polite, professional and fair on price. I would highly recommend them to anyone for plumbing work and leak detection

Had a guy come out this week to replace a small bathroom sink flange, we were charged a flat 301dollar fee, plus a percent for using a credit card. They had the part in stock couldn't have been very expensive, but they did not offer a price ahed of time. they did not offer an hourly rate plus parts. Bad business and a rip off. I would not trust them again to do what is right and have integrity. I think you should look elsewhere, troubleshoot yourself.
